Just great kids with just wonderful attitudes and smiles working and helping in the healthy escapades of all ages. Just a delicious Vegan Chipotle wrap with the energizing 26 gm of protein( plant based impossible chicken), Haas avocado, basmati rice, kale, crispy onions and sliced carrots blended in the gorgeous homemade chipotle vinaigrette. Visited one of Just Salad's newer locations in East Meadow. Dont be fooled by the view from the street. The space is very spacious inside. Plenty of seating to dine at. There is also a designated area for pick up online orders as well as any third party orders (UberEats/Grubhub, etc). One thing about Just Salad is I love the menu options of the signature salads. Everything is very fresh and flavorful. You can also build your own salad if you want or adjust anything on the menu. My go to is the crispy chicken poblano salad. Lots of veggies with chicken, crispy tortilla chips and a nice creamy dressing to wrap everything together. read more

Came in to newly opened just salad in East Meadow today with the family after hockey practice. I'm so happy they're expanding more on the island as it is a great quick service healthy alternative to fast food. They were running an opening week special so the place was very busy, but the staff handled it beautifully. There was barely any wait and the food was both delicious and fresh. We are big fans of Just Salad and thrilled to have one near us! First time at this new location and it was delish! Ordered my usual Hot Honey Harvest and tried Honey Crispy Chicken Salad. First time ordering takeout so the warm bowls are smaller than the salad bowls. There is plenty of seating compared to other locations we've been to. Service was friendly and efficient. This is the second location that we've been to that they asked how much dressing we wanted on our dishes which is nice (we opted for it on the side). It is located in a small strip mall with decent parking. It is a well lit and airy space. They just started a rewards program which you will need the QR code from the app to earn rewards after every purchase. read more

The ambiance of this newest Just Salad location seemed a little unusual to me. It's in a shopping center on Hempstead Turnpike where I assume the rents are super high. There is so much wasted space here that they must be Uber rich to afford it. Hey, not my wallet... At least it was very clean and bright with tables on the perimeters. When you order, it's sorta like Chipotle in the way you can choose from a menu above the counter or make up your own. I was surprised that I was charged to add tofu to my bowl, making my salad over $18. The server was a sweet girl whose name begins with a C or K, I forget, but she should get a bonus because, I tried to tip her and she said she couldn't accept it. I still haven't tried the salad, but it looks really good and will have it soon. Will I go back? I don't know, but that shouldn't stop anyone from going. In fact, I recommend it. I placed an online order, left work to go pick it up with just enough time to grab and go, and found out when I arrived, they were out of a certain item and "were waiting until I arrived". I'm not upset they had something out of stock. I'm upset they had my phone number and didn't bother to call me before I showed up.
