The bakery also provided the start up space originally in Hicksville during the incubator phase. It makes perfect sense when you have a delicious warm crispy Portuguese roll for the sandwiches. This talented brother had many years in the food industry in Portugal and is a fan of their crispy styled bread/rolls. They are now made right here.
