There was only 1 other customer besides me at this salon which was nice since my other salon was completely full and couldn't take any walk ins for 1-2 hours. A gel rebase is $40 which is similar to every other salon that I've been to in the area. Glam Shop Nails has a wide variety of gel colors which I appreciated. The only bad thing about my visit here was the drill burned my fingers a little bit. Monique did my rebase and applied my gel polish way better than how they applied it at 360 Nails. She was friendly and personable. I'm happy with my experience here and would come back for another rebase

Not only did the staff fail to handle the situation appropriately, but they actively encouraged another customer to intervene rather than addressing the matter themselves. No customer should ever feel unsafe, threatened, or subjected to harassment while receiving a service. Management should take this matter seriously and hold the employees involved accountable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Customers deserve a safe, professional, and respectful environment, and this business failed to provide that. This version focuses on your experience and avoids claims that could be challenged if you decide to post it publicly. Shame on you guys!

This experience was totally different. All of the techs here were friendly and nice! What a pleasant change. They wanted to accommodate whatever styles we wanted, and our nail jobs looked great when they were finished. On top of that, it was less expensive than the places my friend had been going to. I got a set of white tip acrylic nails put on and it ran $31 (it would have been $25 with plain tips). Next time I'm in Denver and feel like pampering, I'll come here. OH - another great thing here - you can sign up for their manicure club, which is free and just means you live around here and are planning on coming back in. They will give you your own set of manicure tools that they store in the back room. Every time you come in, you're not using the common tools which have been sterilized (and I'm sure they're fine, since this place focuses on keeping things germ-free), you're using your own set. Finally, they have the nice spa chairs for pedicures, but they bought and use the plastic liners for the tubs. Which means they can really get them clean and sterilize them! Ever worry about gross germs in some salons' spa chairs? I do, but I wouldn't here. Very nice. They have a TV mounted on the wall, too, so I got to watch the football game while I got my "nails did!" I cried walking the steps to my apartment. I needed to treat myself or else I was going to rip mg aching legs off. I got the deluxe pedicure on Monday and it was all I needed and more. I could walk without limping. I wasn't dreaming about giants ripping my legs off my body anymore. It was perfect and I can finally wear sandals without being ashamed. Today I decided to go back for a manicure. I have ugly hands after having broken several fingers when I was young that never set properly. Plus dry hands and cracked cuticles from being a waitress and nursing student. Firstly this was the most fairly priced full set I've ever gotten. Secondly even with my cracked, dry, hellish cuticles there wasn't any pain. Thirdly for once I actually want to show off my hands instead of hiding them.
