I recently had LVP floors installed by Just Perfect Floors. Initially, the installation seemed to be going well--the installer, Josh, even took extra steps and went above and beyond on several occasions, which I appreciated. However, the experience took a negative turn when it came to the finishing touches. The baseboards were not installed properly, leaving the job looking incomplete and unprofessional. Originally when I reached out to express my concerns, Josh came and fixed a portion of the missing baseboards, however I soon noticed that one wall did not get fixed. When I messaged Josh a second time to address these issues, not only were my messages ignored, but I also found out that the installer showed my message to another customer and laughed about it. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable. I would have accepted an apology and explanation that he would not be able to return to fix it, and that I would need to take care of it, instead I got nothing. I would like to be transparent and acknowledge that yes, the missing piece of baseboard was under a vanity, and while it may not be important to some people it was incredibly important to me. While I acknowledge the extra effort during the installation, the poor attention to detail on the finishing touches and the lack of respect shown afterward have left me very dissatisfied. I would have expected with the price we paid that fixing a missing piece of baseboard wouldn't have been an issue, but it was. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Just Perfect Floors. read more

Josh installed all of the flooring on all three levels of our 1980s SunRiver home. The house needed a complete renovation, top to bottom. We gutted most of it. We purchased a product called Flooret which is a LVP product with a stone core which can be tricky to work with, but Josh and his guys nailed it. It's gorgeous. We had some significant delays unrelated to the flooring for the last phase of the reno, and Josh was great about working within our timeline. He's fairly priced and does top notch work. I also wanted to do something a little bit different with our stairs and he was really flexible and worked with my vision. Highly, highly recommend! read more

We had Just Perfect Floors do our entire 2600 square foot house with SPC flooring and new baseboards, which was an enormous undertaking. Josh and his team made it as painless as possible - a project like this is much harder if you actually LIVE in your house while the work is done! They were professional, thorough, detail oriented, and extremely clean with the entire process. Ripping up tile is notorious for dust, but by the time they left you could hardly tell they'd been there! Our house looks absolutely perfect and their pricing was surprisingly competitive. Josh and Sarah were great at communicating the whole time and worked so hard to get everything done in time for the holidays, which was our goal. On top of that, they're just really great people and we enjoyed working with them. At one point, Josh even stumbled upon my son's broken bike handle in the garage and fixed it for him - he's definitely the type of person you would want working in your home. :) I would recommend them highly to anyone! read more

Josh was a conscientious professional. My garage floor concrete was a challenge as is absorbed the epoxy material inconsistent and caused a blotchy first attempt to my job. He would not give up and troubleshooted the issue and worked hard on regrinding and making sure the floor looked consistent and beautiful. The result is perfect and I couldn't be more happy. It cost more in the long run to add another coat but it added double the time for him and he did so with a great attitude. It was a pleasure to work with him at every step of the process. I understand everyone's experience may be different, I'm going to outline what our experience was and why we cannot recommend Just Perfect Floors. When we initially requested service in April and were told they'd start the beginning of May, everything was great. The communication was timely, we received a quote that outlined two options for us which was also great. Before the project started we added on additional flooring for what they call a 'landing strip' which is essentially a very small hallway at the top of our stairs. Our space is roughly 3x6 The project started and everything was going well. A few things that stood out was that they would come different times each day but late in the day, some days Josh wouldn't come at all and would send his co-worker which was fine however we were never notified until the day of after we had to call Josh or text him and ask where they were. The communication started to severely decline as they were getting closer to finishing. They always seemed like they were in a hurry to get out and wouldn't just take the time to either start earlier or stay the day to actually complete the task at hand. I realize these might be personal preferences but I believe this caused the delay in actually just committing to the entire project. On the last day he finished the majority of the flooring towards the end of May. We paid in full and were asked to leave a review which at the time we were promised the flooring would be finished so we left a review based on what had been completed and what were promised by Josh. Here's where things get worse. It seems they did not order enough of the flooring we needed so we had to wait nearly 2 months for the landing strip flooring to come in. This is still all ok, we understand there can always be delays when waiting for product to arrive. However we had to call, text and follow up multiple times to get an update and it always some vague update. Josh tells us the flooring is still not in and we'll have to wait. During this time we asked him to come back and fix some things that didn't look right. We live in an older home that has different level flooring in some rooms. Because he didn't want to drive all the way back to the store he took a shortcut and used more flooring essentially as a baseboard instead of using the white like he did throughout the house. At the time it looked ok but a week later it separated and still looks awful. His coworker left huge globs of caulking in certain parts and he didn't even finish part of a baseboard so we're left with exposed wall. The fireplace somehow cracked at a certain point when they were putting in the flooring and Josh assured me he'd come back and seal it which he did not. Finally he calls us and tells us the flooring is in and he's coming Monday, this is mid June at this point. Calls us Monday morning to tell us it's not actually in and he has to wait. A MONTH later (by the way this whole time Josh hasn't been communicating with us) we had to call and text multiple times to get an update. Still hadn't come over to fix the other parts that looked horrible. We finally get him on the phone and he's clearly at another job, the flooring is in and guess what, he can't come until a few more weeks to complete our job. We told him to forget it at this point, we can't trust the guy to even show up. What's worse, we gave him two referrals for full flooring renovations that he took and completed all the while we are waiting for our flooring to come in and get fixed. As of today, his job is still not done so now we have to call a different company to come in and finish what he couldn't and fix what looks terrible. I do not recommend this guy unless you like chasing someone down for weeks on end. read more

I have a high expectation and attention to detail. Josh, Isaiah and Johnny laid over 2000 square feet of hardwood around islands, multiple small rooms, closets and custom configured cabinetry. I expected and hoped the work and detail to be good, but the detail and result was well beyond my expectations. These guys are amazing at what they do and take pride in their work. Hard to find these days. The owners, Sarah and Josh, have kept in constant communication leading up to and during the project. I knew what was going to happen and it did. He showed up with a helper and worked tirelessly to replace my entire bottom floor in one day! He picked up every bit of trash and vacuumed the house to leave no trace. We love it and it looks great.
