Justin did a concrete walkway project when finished we both agreed that he would add another coat of a slightly different color ( which he volunteered) on another day. Meanwhile he acquired a couple of other simple jobs because we were having an event at my home for the fourth of July. He came to do those projects late in the evening and was not able to finish. He never showed up on start date, very hard to get in touch with. Since then,3 months, he has given us excuse after excuse why he can't make it.
