Didn't know back then but now I'm convinced those followers were bought to trick customers into thinking she was some famous pro nail artist but she's actually the far opposite from that. I made an appointment and communicated with her via text on the design I wanted. When I drove to the address, it wasn't a nail salon it's actually her home. I thought I had the wrong address. She had a little room set up like a nail salon for one customer. Whatever nbd. She got to my nails and she did not speak one word to me. She kept using hand gestures to which was really rude. Just her whole attitude was off and she didn't seem like she wanted to put in any effort into her work. Needless to say, my nails came out to be nothing close to the design I showed her. It's not even just the design that was off, everything about my nails were just so bad I was embarrassed to show them off. The thickness of the nails, uneven surface, different lengths, shapes, the rhinestone placement were all just so horrible. She charged me $95 for them and makes you pay via venmo. The whole experience was sketch. About a week later, I went to go get my nails re-done at another place, and the nail technicians there all looked at my nails in disgust and asked me who did them and if I had to pay for them.. lol.

I have a bit of trauma from past nail salons when they get to the drill. I almost always get hurt with it, but I didn't get hurt once I was amazed!! When he got to my design he initially messed up, but immediately noticed and fixed it I didn't even have to say anything! I was expecting to be there for an hour, but it maybe took 25 minutes very speedy but efficient!! It felt homey and like everyone was friends and everyone was super nice and easy to talk to. It also felt like it was okay to chat, but okay if I didn't want to either. Rather than other nail salons I always feel like I'm being talked bad about right in front of my face and hate that feeling.. Fantastic service, amazing people, and all for $45? I had two nails break within 24 hours of my original appointment, so I texted on Monday to ask if there was any availability to get them fixed that day. I was told there was an opening at 11:00 and was booked with my original nail tech. I even made it clear that if he wasn't available, I was completely fine with anyone else fixing the two broken nails. I arrived around 11:06, and when I walked in, I overheard one of the nail techs say that I was scheduled for 11:15, which was confusing because that was not the time I was given through text. I then sat and waited for about 30-40 minutes with absolutely no communication about the delay. I completely understand that salons get busy, and I would have been totally fine waiting 15-20 minutes if someone had simply communicated that to me. The frustrating part was being told I had an 11:00 appointment, then waiting 30-40 minutes for two broken nails to be fixed without anyone letting me know what was going on or how much longer it would be. I'm disappointed because I genuinely love this salon and have had great experiences here before. I just think communication could have made this situation much better. If you're running behind, please let your clients know instead of scheduling them for a time when they may end up waiting much longer. I had other plans today, and spending 40 minutes waiting without any explanation was frustrating.
