I followed them to their new shop, that I personally love because it is so comfortable. This is the place you come to for good nail work, but also great customer service. They really appreciate your business. Lisa is very very very nice and you can always count on Van for some laughs. The other employees are pleasant and treat you like a customer should be treated. The place is clean and welcoming. You can listen to tunes while you get your nails done, or catch a show on TV. The pedicure and manicure service is excellent and I never leave disappointed. Lisa is the ONLY person I let touch my eyebrows. I will look like shewolf before I let someone else jack them up. They give good service and prompt attention.

They never take one customer and fully finish the customer first, they keep switching between multiple customers in order to take as many clients as possible. I totally understand that they are super nice people and are short staffed but this is no way to run a business. I expect better service and full attention considering that I am paying the same price as any other salons in the area that will give you that one on one attention. I just don't understand how they leave one customer and have you waiting for long periods of time while they take on other customers and keep running back and forth. They need to hire more workers and provide better service.

When I sat down, the nail technician began my French tip manicure, but the lines were crooked and much thicker than I wanted. She redid them three separate times, yet they still looked the same. After explaining that I wasn't happy with the results and wanted the French tips removed, I was repeatedly asked if I was sure. I had already made my decision, so the constant questioning was frustrating. Overall, I would rate my experience 2/5. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return.

I went in initially on a Saturday afternoon, and the wait was pretty long as to be expected, so I sat in the little waiting area for my turn. The clients were yelling, and cursing and basically just being a stereotypical mess, but that doesn't really faze me, so whatever (if that would bother you, this may not be your spot). Got tired of waiting, so I left and came back early Sunday morning. It was a completely different place. The girls working (who are all sisters, and gorgeous btw) were very sweet, professional and funny. They were quick, did a great job and I was on my way. I felt the pain and saw the blood instantly, and said something but the nail tech still didn't take her time after that. Her apology was brief and the mistakes were left unaddressed at the end. I have had pedicures and manicures before but this was easily my most painful experience, both during and after. I also found that the polish on my finger nails should've been applied closer to the bottom of the nail (where the cuticle was). Why would you go through the work of removing the cuticle if you're not going to also take the time to apply the polish well? Maybe some of the other nail techs are more gentle but it'll be a long time before I consider going back. It was busy so some nail techs must be good, but I can only report on my very negative experience.
