DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.... I paid $349 for an obstacle course and I got a basic Bounce House. When I explained this to Rebecca, she literally just continued to send me the screenshot of the one I got. You are paying for something and getting something else do not rent from here... The $349, 40 foot obstacle course is what I paid for, the little Bounce House with the slide is what I got in the pictures below. Although the red one looks cool, which is the one I got is not the one I paid for and it was not big enough for our party. Rebecca did nothing to rectify it. She was literally passive aggressive and just continuing to send me the same copy and paste message. I chose to disengage from the conversation at that point because dealing with someone at that level is not how I wanted to spend a Monday morning. Please don't rent from here. We almost needed emergency services because of this dirty rusty and stinky bouncy house I thought she got it on discount the way it looked. There were only a few small kids at the party. She said they didn't even want to refund her because she called the next morning first thing when they were open. read more

I rent bounced houses every year or three or four times a year but never from this company I only did because a Halloween "was available" would never ever rent from this company again. First, they call me a week before saying that they overbooked. Then I asked them to put it in the front of the house where I always get my bouncy houses they put it in the back. It stunk. It was rusty. It was dirty. It was old looking. We didn't use it until the day of the party there was not enough air in it. It fell on top of the kids. The parents were horrified. One of the kids got trapped inside. They were closed on Google so I decided to call the first thing in the am and they said because of that they cannot do anything about it. The supervisor was rude the minute he came on the phone. I never have been spoken to like that in my life . I can tell he's accustomed to giving bad customer service. read more

I recently called to book a bounce house from this company. I researched a few different party rental companies before deciding to go with Just Bounce Miami and luckily it turned out to be the right choice. First of all, I loved the convenience of being able to order everything I needed right on their website. Most of the other places that I looked at required that you call or email for information and most of those that I contacted did not even bother to respond to my inquiries so I was happily surprised when I noticed that I could easily complete the entire reservation for my daughter's birthday party online. I was even happier when I saw that they could add a specialized theme to the bounce house for no extra charge. My daughter's party was Frozen themed so having the Frozen graphics at the top of the bounce house really enhanced the overall party decor and made my four-year old extra happy. My whole experience with Just Bounce was five-star all the way. Immediately after booking online with a 50% deposit, I received an email confirmation and notice that I would receive additional contact within a day or two of my event. Two days prior to my event date, I received a text message asking what time my event started and a request to schedule the drop off and set up of what I had ordered. Chris was great from the get go. He was very friendly and responsive to all of my questions. He arrived as scheduled on the day of the event and worked hard to make sure that everything was set up perfectly. Afterwards, he texted me with the pick up time, which he extended so it gave the kids a little extra bounce time that they thoroughly enjoyed. We rented a 3-in-1 combo bounce house with the Frozen theme that was a major hit with the kiddos and more importantly with the birthday girl. We asked for a generator because the bounce house was set up too far in the yard to reach a power source so if you have the same issue then don't forget to add the generator to your order! We also rented chairs, which were in great shape and looked fantastic with our decor. Last but not least we ordered a cotton candy machine, which came with all of the materials needed to get the kids hopped up on pure, colorful sugar and was surprisingly simple to use. Everything was reasonably priced and worth every penny. If you are looking for a quality company to help enhance your next party or other event, I highly recommend that you check out Just Bounce Miami.
