He told me he was out on delivery but to send him a text to confirm. He never confirmed that he received my text so I called him again, and he told me that he had me down for pickup on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The day rolled around, and there was no one at the location. Upon calling him, the gentleman was apologetic, but had to take the crew out for a delivery. We agreed on a time for my return, and when I returned he was not there. When I called again, he did not pick up the phone. I called Moe's Party Rental, which is not located too far away, and placed an order which they immediately reserved for me and had ready for pickup. Maybe this place works better with deliveries, but if you want my advice - go elsewhere.

At 9 pm I got a text asking if there was any way the bounce house could be dropped off a day in advanced. I explained that I only had reserved the venue for the day of. Although they claim to be 24 hour service and don't care to be texting me so late they explain they can not pick up and drop off the rental the same day. I explain again I only have the venue for one day and he really just asks why he can't just leave it. Now he says he can pick it up at 5pm when my party starts at 2. I told him I will not pay $160 for 3 hours of a rental. Then he just says ok, let me know if we can pick up the next day. I made Yelp just to review them so nobody wastes their time. I realize now they have 2 horrible reviews on google already 1) where they didn't show 2) the equipment they rented was in bad condition.

The $349, 40 foot obstacle course is what I paid for, the little Bounce House with the slide is what I got in the pictures below. Although the red one looks cool, which is the one I got is not the one I paid for and it was not big enough for our party. Rebecca did nothing to rectify it. She was literally passive aggressive and just continuing to send me the same copy and paste message. I chose to disengage from the conversation at that point because dealing with someone at that level is not how I wanted to spend a Monday morning. Please don't rent from here. Our wedding at Vista Lago Ballroom was honestly more perfect than we could have imagined. We were…read moreactually one of those couples who originally planned to elope because we were worried a wedding would be overwhelming, stressful, and filled with hidden costs. Looking back now, choosing Vista Lago was one of the best decisions we made because they made the entire process feel so easy, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable from beginning to end. One of the biggest highlights was having a day-of coordinator INCLUDED in the package. Since she works directly with the venue, she knew absolutely everything top to bottom -- the timeline, vendors, setup, flow of the evening, and every behind-the-scenes detail. We never had to answer questions, solve problems, or stress about what came next because she already had everything handled before we even thought about it. We truly got to be fully present and enjoy our wedding day. The staff also went above and beyond all night long. They continuously brought us hors d'oeuvres, drinks, dinner, and cake so we actually got to enjoy all the amazing food during the wedding. At the end of the night, they carefully packaged all of our leftovers and even saved the top of our cake for us before we left. Those thoughtful details meant so much to us. The venue was beautiful, the service was incredible, the pricing was fair, and there were no surprise fees or last-minute issues. Everything was transparent, organized, and handled with so much care. We felt so taken care of throughout the entire experience and are beyond grateful to the Vista Lago team for giving us such an unforgettable wedding day
