Not only did I get great service from Norma (the owner) but the crew delivered, set up and and then removed all the chairs, table and tent are the most professional, courteous and real nice. Norma was so accommodating and she worked with us on the budget we had. I can't thank Norma enough for helping us make our daughter's engagement party a success.

I can't thank Maria enough and the rest of her team who worked so hard to put all of this together. The rose wall and marquee letters were the highlight of the bridal shower!! Maria was a doll and assured us everything would be ok for the party- and she delivered! They are professionals and all their equipment looks new and well taken care of! I thought that the price was fair considering all the work they did for the party! All the kids loved the cotton candy machine and the lady who was working the machine was able to get it so big (wish we had pics but we devoured it as quickly as we got them!)! The bounce house was a hit with the kids, (and some of the kids at heart). I'm super impressed with the experience and will be recommending the service to all my friends- thank you!

We got their photo booth and it was way beyond my expectations. Their booth has amazing lighting and millions of filters and digital props you can ad once the photo has been taken. I had previously hired photo booths via Groupon but I'd never even consider doing that again, this experience was so superior that its not even worth it. They were on time, the set up was beautifilu, our attendant was knowledgeable and professional. After the party we got an album with everyone's photos and GIFs. It was very easy to share them (on the spot!) on social media. Don't doubt it, give them a call!

First and foremost Ana is phenomenal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She will work with you and make sure that everything is exactly how you want it to be! I cant tell you how essential she is to Sapphire Ballroom. One of my main concern was how clean will this place be? I walked into the banquet hall without appointment and any time of day and I can honestly say the Banquet hall is super clean, including the bathrooms. The food was delicious and all employees were very professional. White glove service and masks were worn throughout my event. Table spacing was perfect and any last minute request was granted. Many options to add on to your party, the photo booth was a hit and the chocolate fountain was absolutely delicious. I had a candy station which was an added bonus ( I provided the candy) the banquet hall provided the table and linens. Do not hesitate to book any event at this location, you wont be sorry!

Many of the songs we specifically requested were not played, and the music selection did not match what we had discussed beforehand. For an important event, it's frustrating to spend money on a DJ and provide detailed instructions, only for them to be ignored. Communication and following the client's requests are extremely important, especially when the playlist has been provided in advance. I would not recommend this DJ based on our experience.
