We used this company for the first time and really like how they operate! Tara was always sooo helpful and quick to respond to emails. We usually use another rental company, however that rental company could not deliver to our venue so we went with Rumbas, as referred by a friend of mine. They delivered, set up and did break down for only $75 additional. We will definitely be using this company again for future rentals! :) highly recommend! read more

I have been using Rumbas since I got married in 2018 and use them annually for the holidays. Service is decent and prices are okay. A little expensive for delivery, but it's about the convenience. I love that they delivery early when you book for Thanksgiving or Christmas, so you can prepare early. All in all, they've helped me out of some sticky situations. read more

Saved my party as we all know Miami weather. Quick respond and good price for 10X10 tent. They left it a day early and I was about to set early read more

I recently used Rumbas to supply tables and chairs for my last big event. From the first phone call, I was put at ease with their professionalism and thoroughness in placing the order. Luis made the whole process easy, explaining the breakdown of charges and helping work within my budget. I had talked to a couple other companies, but Rumbas seemed the most reliable. It was super important to me that they'd be able to setup and breakdown the same day and it cost a little extra but was well worth it. When it came to breaking down, the two gentleman tasked with the job were speed demons, and got in and out in record time. I'd definitely work with Rumbas again! Definitely don't miss out on mentioning Yelp for a little bit of a discount. read more

Avoid this company at all costs. They dropped off all my wedding furniture and refused to set it up. The owner told me it was my problem and wouldn't not come back to set it up despite it being in my contract and paid for. I had to arrive early with my family and scramble to set up chairs and tables for 100 people. read more

I had been speaking to this company for months prior to the event and they made my event an absolute mess. They were paid in full. My draping was a mess, the lighting was wrong, and also all my items were not delivered. I was disappointed. read more

This review is unsolicited by the company, and I don't post these very often. Hired Rumbas to tent our backyard for a party and for some tables/chairs. They were in contact throughout, on time, and even noticed a billing error that I never would have caught when my wife and I both contacted them separately about tables and chairs. Good company. read more

This was a last minute rental, and per usual Rumbas never disappoints. This is my third time renting from them. There professionalism and customer service is nothing short of perfection. Although I am sad they moved to Doral from the West Kendall area, it is worth the trip knowing I can count on them each time! xoxo, Jackie Perez read more

Rumba's party rental was fantastic. Andrea was the consultant that helped me. She was so helpful. The delivery was on time, there were a couple of pieces of furniture that were not up to standard, but the delivery guy said that it was no problem, they would exchange those pieces before my event. They did in a very timely manner. The tablewares were of nice quality. The linens were perfect. When choosing the color Andrea was kind enough to send me real light pictures as sometimes it's hard to figure out colors from a website. I was very happy with their service. So much so that I will be hiring them for all of my events going forward. The breakdown and removal was so quick I was impressed. Thank you Andrea and everyone from Rumba's. I will be recommending your company to all my friends. read more

Rumbas Party Rental was recommended to me by one of my family members when we started looking for rentals to do our wedding rentals and decor for our big day. We couldn't have been happier with everything they supplied to us. They always responded quickly to emails and phone calls and were very professional to work with. We ordered everything for our wedding from Rumbas, which was at a home in Pinecrest, FL including tables, chivarri chairs, linens, dance floor, cake stand, plates, glassware, napkins, silverware, ash trays, and much more. They arrive early the day before to setup our wedding and left everything clearly labeled to be easily placed and setup. All of their rentals were in great condition and looked almost brand new. We couldn't have been happier and look forward to working with Rumbas on our next party or event...perhaps the Baby Shower will be next. :) read more

I needed to rent some columns for my daughter's grad party. I went to Rumbas and was treated like royalty. They did not care if the job was small or big. They care that you leave there happy. I had contacted other places but they only wanted the big job and was brushed away. Others were super rude. Can't complain about anything. I went to pick up the items and was greeted very nicely, everything was ready and placed in my car. These folks care about their customers and it shows from the moment you call or step foot in their shop. Will definitely use for any party, big or small. Rumbas is the place in Miami to contact for all your party needs. Definitely a fantastic experience! Thanks, Rumba. read more

Great service and best variety of options for all types of events! Their work at corporate events is phenomenal!! Always on time, kind, responsible, professional and great presence of their material! My number one party rental in Florida no doubt! read more

I used Rumbas party rental service for a small function at my home. With the unpredictability of Miami's weather I ordered a 20x10 tent for my little shindig. Tara was able to quote me immediately for what I needed and also sent me a detailed invoice for what I was requesting. The pricing is very competitive to the other companies I called and I chose them due to their stellar reviews. Their service was impeccable. They were punctual for delivery time and pick up..which of what I've heard is not the case with most companies. I absolutely recommend them. read more

Tara and her staff went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. We rented tables, chairs, linens, a tent and a dance floor from Rumbas and it all looked beautiful. We received many compliments from our wedding guest too. I could not have picked a better rental company, and the prices were amazing. Very impressed and will use again for my next big event (not another wedding though, in case my man is reading this). read more

I recently used Rumbas in preparation for a private event at my home. I'm new to the South Florida area and decided to try them out based on the positive reviews I read on Yelp. I'm happy to say that I was not disappointed. I'm a very detailed-oriented person and I'm also very particular when it comes to customer service and execution. I worked with Tara on all of the particulars for my event (tent, liner, leg drapes. tables, chairs, lounge furniture and bar etc.) and I was extremely satisfied and very pleased with the level of attention and detail that was provided. She was extremely patient with me as I made several changes to my order (including selecting a larger tent just a couple of weeks before the event)! Tara is the best! She made every change seem like a blip. She spent the time talking to me to ensure that she had all of the information necessary without ever rushing the customer. The entire administrative process was such a breeze. Everything arrived in a timely fashion and in just a couple of hours my backyard was transformed into a resort! The only disappointing part was when it was time for the pick up and everything was dismantled and I felt like Cinderella after the ball. :-( Tara is a consummate professional and an absolute joy to work with. I totally appreciated the professionalism of the Rumbas staff and this will definitely be the rental company that I call for my next event! read more

On time. Exactly what we ordered. Cleaned. And all with a smile. Thank you Tara. Happy thanksgiving.

Rumbas was great to work with. We used them for a party at our home of about 50 guests. They treated us like our job was just as important as a huge wedding. This is probably the best party rental company in Miami! i used Rumbas for all the rentals at my wedding last week and they delivered everything as promised! all of the chairs looked like they were either brand new or freshly painted. been using Rumbas for well over 2 years now for all of my party needs. If you'd like to splurge a bit, their tents are awesome and fit all different size backyards.
