I was very disappointed in our bathroom rentals. I was told our delivery would arrive between 9AM-12PM, in plenty of time for our evening wedding. I was then told the day of that they were running behind and would be there between 3-4. I reminded them of our event start time by 5PM. The bathrooms did not arrive until 5PM and they were still trying to backup the trailer and hook it up as guests were arriving.The road was completely blocked for guests who were arriving and also our other vendors, which put them behind schedule as well. Numerous ladies at my wedding told me both stalls were clogged and would not flush. They smelled horrible, and for a 4 hour event, I don't believe they got that smelly from just my event. It seems like this bathroom was picked up from another event and brought here (LATE) without being emptied. This was a disaster, as we then had 60+ guests using our inside bathrooms, which completely defeated the purpose of this rental. For the record, I sent them this exact complaint in an email and they did not respond, so i figured i'd share for other future customers. Rent from somewhere else! read more

You should not work with this company. I work for a non-profit in Miami. We booked them for an event, and all communication was great at first. They delivered our portable bathroom to our event a few hours before it began. But then there was confusion on their side, and their employee took our unit away right before our event started. I was not there to see them taking the unit, and they did not notify anyone that they were taking it. Turned out that one of their employees got confused. We had our event without the bathrooms. And worst of all they are not refunding our money even though they did not fulfill contract. We paid a lot of money for restrooms that we did not get to use. Robert even told us over the phone that they would refund the funds, but now they are denying it to us. Now he will not return our phone calls or emails. read more

We rented a restroom trailer from YML last weekend for our backyard wedding and it was AMAZING!
