So I am planning my wedding and I am in need of a florist. So I have been on Instagram doing some research on centerpieces I like and different florist. I have contacted 3-4 florists and all our booked for my date. I emailed Petal Productions back 8/31 and was communicating with Lauren back and forth. She states that Brittany was going to call me on 9/13. I never got a call back and I emailed and called. When I called Lauren said "sorry about that, I'll put a message for her to call you". She finally called 9/27 and was so rude. Brief synapses of what occurred on the call. First thing she did was ask if I could afford them... strike 1 but in a professional way "do we fit in your budget" Then she asked the colors, I kept telling her I have not picked any colors because I wanted to sit down with a florist and pick it out based on different flowers/colors. She gave me the run around. Strike 2, all I want is to pick out colors Final straw she asked me what centerpieces I wanted. I told her I have been on Instagram and I really liked Ponce Floral Design centerpieces. She laughed and said and I quote .. "funny and ironic if you like his pieces so much why didn't you book him" STRIKE 3 So basically with me they were not very communicative and imagine that on the day of your event. They obviously didn't want my $10k, so I'll take my business somewhere else. read more

Absolutely without a doubt the most gorgeous flowers!! My wedding flowers blew my mind and I never expected them to be so spectacular and breath taking! Rafi was great to work with! The sample they put together from my vision I had given them was way better than I had even envisioned and gave me goose bumps! The wedding day my center pieces were soooo phenomenal. Everyone loved the flowers. They exceeded my expectations and yet at the same time was so affordable. They are BEST flower company in Miami!! read more

We used Raffi and his people for my daughter's wedding at Coral Gables Country Club. All I can say is "WOW!" He listened to exactly what my daughter and I wanted and really delivered. The centerpieces were spectacular and the ceremony's chuppah was breathtaking. We continuously got comments on how beautiful the flowers were. I was referred to them by a hotel for an event I was planning and loved the display they showed me. We discussed a few things to change, and I left feeling like they completely understood exactly what I was looking for. Come the time of the event and our flower arrangements and some table props were NOTHING of what we discussed ! We asked for pine tree branches and had something that looked like a fern... It was embarrassing especially since this was a huge event with 150+ guests. They did however compensate us since we were not at all pleased with what we received. read more

Petal Productions is incredible! Unique, creative, and stunning designs. I had a beach wedding and the arch was magnificent! I was able to continue the subtle beach theme with my beautiful centerpieces with driftwood, orchids, and succulents. My bouquets were beautiful and they delivered them to the hotel. We had a unique vision and they brought it to life in a way we never expected! We were overwhelmed with joy when first seeing our ballroom because the flowers were so magnificent. We had round tables with a mix of high and low floral center pieces plus rectangular tables with the most beautiful, jaw dropping, bridge floral center pieces with hanging candles! This place provides great services and flower creations. They provided services for destination weddings in Bimini. A lot of their creations were flown over by plane due to the location in the Bahamas but that never hinder their beautiful creation. They always provided great work! read more

My sister used petal productions with rafi for her wedding about 2 years ago. So naturally I went to petal productions for my wedding. I met with Britney and a couple days later she sent us a very unrealistic quote. I sent her an email back telling her the budget I would like to stay at. She sent back a nasty email saying that because of the amount of people she can't do that budget. I told her that was my sisters budget and her wedding was much larger and she used petal productions. Britney never responded to my email. I have gone to 7 other florist all able to meet my budget with more flowers than petal productions was offering. Britney did not want to work with us. She never replied and acted very unprofessional. I do not recommend petal productions as there are other companies with nicer employees that actually respond to emails and are willing to help you meet your vision with your budget. read more

Brittany was a pleasure to work with. Going in to the process, fellow brides told me to request the owner Rafi (who is also awesome), but there is only one Rafi, so I was fortunate to work with Brittany who is highly knowledgeable as well. I probably bombarded her with inspiration pictures and Pinterest, but she got the idea very quickly and worked with me and my Mom to bring it to life. Brittany also handled logistics with other vendors and last minute changes flawlessly. Choosing a florist is probably the third biggest wedding choice after the venue and the dress. The quality of the work was the deciding factor for us and we LOVE what Petal produced for us! read more

A complete disappointment. From the very beginning there were signs that this company is completely unprofessional. Our assigned planner was Michelle which I hold at fault for the majority of my complaints below. She missed phone meetings and ignored emails for days. The staff is young and inexperienced. They are overpriced, they undelivered, they did not translate the vision we agreed on and through it all had a bad attitude! I was probably the calmest bride of anyone I know and was very straightforward with my vision and what I did and did not like. It was important for me to have the ballroom lit in soft amber/ candle like lighting which was not delivered. I requested soft romantic draping to the ceiling- what I got looked like a child threw rolls of toilet paper across the ballroom ceiling. From day one to today looking back at it all - this was the absolute worst company I have ever worked with. I understand customer service and the importance of it for any company. When I consider my clients needs I ensure I: 1. Answer they're emails in a timely manner (not after two weeks and three phone call follow ups) 2. Try to understand they're vision to the best of my ability and execute it 3. Ensure I am not RUDE to my client. Raffi did chime in closer to the day of the wedding- but didn't really solve anything, nor did he follow up with us to see how things went. Do not recommend. Stay away! read more
