First off, Roza was wonderful to work with from the very first call I put in. Sometimes in Florida, it's hard to even find "friendly" service. She was super king from the start. I actually found her a week out before my event due to logistical changes and she worked with me from day 1. The good thing is that this company response time is almost instantly. I loved that. However, that's where it ended. I visited their website filled out the "contact us" with basic information. Name, email, phone number, event location and additional information. When Roza replied she was requesting the same information I already filled out to send a proposal. Roza was very keen on me telling her what type of decor I wanted for my event in order to send a proposal. Well, most businesses want to have a consultation with the client to see what decor the client is requesting. But this was not the case. If I knew what decor I wanted, I wouldnt need an event planner. In any case, clearly this business is very transactional and I'm happy to know that they didn't fit my needs, early on. Hopefully they improve how to engage more with their potential clients. Perhaps they see this post as a learning lesson. read more

I recently threw an Anniversary Party for friends of mine and got tasked to coordinate and book the Photo Booth. After looking into many different companies within the South Florida area, I came across these guys. When comparing the pricing between them and all the others, they beat them by a long shot. With that being said, I was hesitant. I seriously thought that there was a catch and/or there were hidden fees later on down the road. I still contacted them albeit with much trepidation and at the end of the whole process, I was very glad I did. No Cons whatsoever with this company. They were prompt with answering calls and returning emails. The Payment Process was straight forward; send a deposit, date is booked, pay the rest with a Credit Card, or you can pay the total balance with cash at the event. The photo booth itself was easy to use AND the printed pictures came out great. You even had an option to record a small video afterwards which gets uploaded to a CD along with all the pictures that the guests took. I booked for a 3 hour block, and they came in an hour before to set up. The attendant (sorry Attendant Guy if you read this review, I forgot your name) finished the set up a few minutes early from the beginning of the time I booked it for and was nice enough to let people start using it. He stayed and assisted throughout the whole evening and was very courteous not only to myself but to the guests as well. In retrospect, I should've tipped him, but I was so busy with the whole event, that it slipped my mind. If ever I get stuck having to book another Photo Booth in the future or know somebody who does, I'd definitely go with these guys. read more
