I was visiting Fort Lauderdale to host an 85th birthday party for my dad. I had everything arranged in advance and had planned on decorating the room myself. Well, I broke my wrist and was unable to do so. A day and half before the party I found Dream Ark via an internet search. I sent an email inquiry and was immediately contacted by Roza. Miraculously she said she could do the job even with short notice. We discussed design ideas and colors. I then sent her photos of the party room. The day of the party Roza and her partner arrived 4 hours before party time and installed the most stunning balloon decorations and backdrop. After the party they came back and collected everything. My dad and our guests were blown away by how amazing the room looked. If you need gorgeous party decorations do not hesitate reaching out to Roza and her team. read more

Hired dreamark for my baby shower back drop decor. I met roza in person for a consultation and she was super patient and listened to all my wants and needs. She even took the time to show me how the backdrop would look by showing me the pieces in person and setting it up for me. She even provided me with some tips and advice for my other decor that I would be doing on my own. Leading up to the event I never had any issue communicating with roza, she was very responsive. On the day of my event Roza was on time and executed my vision to perfection! I was blown away. So happy with the service I received from this company. read more

First off, Roza was wonderful to work with from the very first call I put in. Sometimes in Florida, it's hard to even find "friendly" service. She was super king from the start. I actually found her a week out before my event due to logistical changes and she worked with me from day 1. She really transformed the location we were at with her beautiful backdrop and balloon art displays throughout the location. I came from out of town and she was very patient with me and professional and was very encouraging when I started to get stressed. She calmly communicated with me and told me she can do whatever I needed done and she sure did. She even had ideas that could help and she really made this event beautiful! If ever I do another event in South Florida, I am and will 100% use Dream Mark Events again. They were awesome! Thank you so much again! read more

The good thing is that this company response time is almost instantly. I loved that. However, that's where it ended. I visited their website filled out the "contact us" with basic information. Name, email, phone number, event location and additional information. When Roza replied she was requesting the same information I already filled out to send a proposal. Roza was very keen on me telling her what type of decor I wanted for my event in order to send a proposal. Well, most businesses want to have a consultation with the client to see what decor the client is requesting. But this was not the case. If I knew what decor I wanted, I wouldnt need an event planner. In any case, clearly this business is very transactional and I'm happy to know that they didn't fit my needs, early on. Hopefully they improve how to engage more with their potential clients. Perhaps they see this post as a learning lesson. read more

The balloon arrangement we ordered was more than spectacular and set the precedent for the birthday girl's entire weekend. The arrangement was delivered on time and set up in our hotel room. It definitely makes a mega statement and is just really super unique and fun. It also created endless photo opps throughout the entire weekend. I am SOOO happy I went with this eyepopping entertaining arrangement over the plain latex balloons I had originally planned to order. Just go for it! You will LOVE it! read more

I ordered a balloon arrangement for a male friend. I wanted something that wasn't feminine and that wasn't just balloons quietly sitting there. They were able to deliver exactly as I had hoped. The gift was beautiful (I was sent photos) and there was one balloon which sang happy birthday. It was delivered the morning of the day it was promised, which was nice so it didn't look like an afterthought. If I could change one thing it would be that they have a larger delivery area as they are great. read more

Very professionals, super pretty design for a Backdrop and a centerpieces created from DreamARK team for a party!! Very well recommended!

THE WORST. Negative Googolplexian. At the last moment, Andre quit. We had a verbal contract, getting ready to give cash money and he said he is no longer interested. I would never use a company like him again. Although a formal contract is necessary, many contacts start out by your word. I was prepared to give him cash and at the last moment he said no. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. DO NOT USE. read more

Our balloon bouquet is beautiful! It not only looked amazing at delivery it looks just as great a full week later!

I recently threw an Anniversary Party for friends of mine and got tasked to coordinate and book the Photo Booth. After looking into many different companies within the South Florida area, I came across these guys. When comparing the pricing between them and all the others, they beat them by a long shot. With that being said, I was hesitant. I seriously thought that there was a catch and/or there were hidden fees later on down the road. I still contacted them albeit with much trepidation and at the end of the whole process, I was very glad I did. No Cons whatsoever with this company. They were prompt with answering calls and returning emails. The Payment Process was straight forward; send a deposit, date is booked, pay the rest with a Credit Card, or you can pay the total balance with cash at the event. The photo booth itself was easy to use AND the printed pictures came out great. You even had an option to record a small video afterwards which gets uploaded to a CD along with all the pictures that the guests took. I booked for a 3 hour block, and they came in an hour before to set up. The attendant (sorry Attendant Guy if you read this review, I forgot your name) finished the set up a few minutes early from the beginning of the time I booked it for and was nice enough to let people start using it. He stayed and assisted throughout the whole evening and was very courteous not only to myself but to the guests as well. In retrospect, I should've tipped him, but I was so busy with the whole event, that it slipped my mind. If ever I get stuck having to book another Photo Booth in the future or know somebody who does, I'd definitely go with these guys. read more

I can't say enough good things about DreamARK Events. I am a New York resident and was hosting a grand opening in Florida, so I did not know much about the area and what company to use. I called DreamARK and they were extremely responsive and helpful. Not only did they answer each question and customize the balloons the way I wanted but they were prompt on time for the delivery! We almost disregarded the idea for the balloon columns because we could not find a price in our budget. DreamARK is an extremely affordable company for this type of skill! Truly cannot recommend them enough, if you have an event definitely use this company!!! read more

Had the pleasure of working with Andrey on the setup of my beach wedding. They did a wonderful job with the decorations and stayed through the entire ceremony to make sure nothing went wrong. Even let my wife use their truck to hide from the little bit of rain that showed up so she wouldn't ruin her dress. They are a class act and one of the only vendors that went above and beyond what I thought they would do. I would definitely work with them again on any important event in the future. Can't thank them enough. read more
