While I appreciated certain aspects of the hired assistance, there were several issues that I feel significantly impacted the overall quality of the event and, ultimately, my satisfaction with the service. Firstly, communication fell short of my expectations. There were multiple instances where I was not kept informed of important details, such as changes to what we had initially agreed upon. For example, I had requested a clean, well-maintained white backdrop, yet the one provided was visibly dirty with paint chipping. Additionally, seating and table arrangements for the guests of honor were unavailable, and I was only informed of this less than 24 hours before the event. The alternative solution you proposed came with additional charges, which I felt were inappropriate given the circumstances. The recommended bartender was also a significant disappointment. They arrived late, took personal phone calls during their shift, and left early. I also noticed a lack of organization and timing on your part, and was cornered to assist tasks that I had hired you specifically to handle. Finally, when only eight tables were set up instead of the ten we had discussed, this discrepancy was not brought to anyone's attention; if it were for my husband calling me and showing me the set up as it was happening this would've cause further unnecessary mishap the day of my party. As the event host, I expected a higher level of initiative and attention to detail to ensure everything was in place as agreed upon. Overall, I was hoping for a smoother experience with a stronger focus on professionalism and client care. Unfortunately, based on these issues, I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending your services to others. I used premier party rental for my daughter's 1st birthday party. We got two bounce houses a petting zoo and two ponies. They were amazing with their friendly service. The people that brought the animals were super kind and gentle with the young kids ages 1-6. One of the owners had extra tables and chairs on the truck when he dropped off the bounce houses and gave them to us free of charge. I tipped him and his employee and he gave his tip to his employee and told me he was the owner and his employee deserves all the tip. Genuinely great people.
