TL;DR: I ordered a strawberry themed balloon arch for our daughter's strawberry themed 1st birthday and we didn't get what we were promised despite both parties agreeing on the theme and balloons listed out and a reference photo that was attached to our invoice/contract. *There wasn't a single strawberry on the arch*, it was missing balloons we agreed on and despite upselling me on a longer length, on the day of the party he said he couldn't make it arch because it wasn't long enough. I would not recommend them for any party you deeply care about. I was hoping that I'd splurge on a balloon arch with the hopes of not having to spend as much on other decorations and Juan assured me that it would look "exactly like the picture". I found an image online of the balloons/theme I was looking for and even spent an hour Photoshopping a reference photo for them of those balloons, affixed in an arch on the actual pavilion. Sometimes miscommunication happens so I wanted it extremely clear what I was looking for and that we both agreed upon what was in writing but also in the photo. I was also concerned because their correspondence was through text and unprofessional, and to be fair, we were both popping in and out of the conversation, days at a time. I was wrong in trusting that Juan took accurate record of our back and forth as he's the business owner. I had asked him to add 3 extra strawberry balloons to dress up our daughter's chair. When I got the invoice and saw that they were more expensive than the air-filled ones that were on the arch, I asked him to remove those. Juan claims I wanted all strawberries removed. Maybe he misunderstood, but you would think he'd see strawberries listed on the final contract/invoice AND in the reference photo that was attached to it. Or maybe he would at least double check with his client because they've been talking about strawberry balloons for weeks! And yet, I was delivered a rinky dink, budget version of what was promised... with no strawberries! I was extremely upset as this was the only reflection of the berry theme of my daughter's 1st birthday. It's hard not to feel scammed. I reached out to and requested a partial refund, but Juan said he can only give me a credit towards the next event. No thanks. His reasoning was that once I sign the invoice I agree to whatever is on it... I wish he'd do the same. read more

The 1st time was for a 50th bday party and the 2nd time was for a surprise 75th bday party. The work that Juan and his team put in to make the balloons I request is worth every penny spent and depending what balloons you get they can last a very long time.
