We recently rented a VR roller coaster for an event. I wasn't involved with the booking process,…read morebut the employee on-site was very communicative, nice, and professional, and made the process clear and easy. The roller coaster is a great idea, but it's really just sitting in a booth with a VR headset. I feel like it should move or shake or something so you really get the feel of being on a roller coaster. There is a screen next to it so people waiting can see what the rider is seeing, and there are multiple tracks to choose from. They have a lot of others things you can rent as well.

Horrible Experience - Staff Member Actively Intimidating Children…read more We had a terrible experience with this bounce house company at the Tamarack event. An older lady managing the maze was aggressively chasing and screaming at children, scaring them to the point that they were running away in fear. She yelled at kids to leave and go to their parents, creating a hostile and unsafe environment. When my three-year-old was about to exit, she tried to intimidate him as well--completely unaware that I was watching. When I confronted her, she was rude, insulting, and unwilling to have a reasonable discussion. My wife tried to address the issue, and the woman started screaming at her before running to the police. The officers listened to both sides and walked away, clearly seeing she was in the wrong. After that, she sat quietly for the rest of the event, proving she could control herself when under scrutiny. This woman is unstable and should not be anywhere near children. If you value a peaceful experience, avoid this company or demand that the older lady with glasses and pink eyeshadow never work around kids again.

Everyone at go bounce house rentals was so helpful! They were very friendly and helped me so much! We rented the LOL surprise dolls bounce house for the day (at an extremely reasonable price) and did all the transactions online. A few days before the party, I realized that I didn't have enough tables and chairs to host the party outside. Lucky for me, go bounce house rentals also rents out chairs and tables (also at a super fair price) and I was able to get enough tables and chairs to accommodate all our guests. The day of the party, the bounce house and tables and chairs were set up EARLY!! I highly recommend this company! They made our daughters birthdays extra special!!

The princess they sent could have passed for a real life princess. Besides being absolutely beautiful, she was kind and all the kids loved her and she did a great job face painting. I'll recommend to all families that want to do something like this at a party for a child.

I was never contacted and had to call at 2:30 PM to find out what was going on. At 2:45 PM, after missing the party, they offered a free home visit, but it was without my granddaughter's friends and family and not the same experience. (They later denied offering me the free performance. ) They finally arrived at 4:30 PM and stayed only 20 minutes. I paid a $120 deposit via Zelle and an additional $50 tip/travel directly to the performer. Despite not fulfilling the contract, they are refusing to refund the deposit. Be aware of poor communication and false promises. I do not recommend this company.

It was such a pleasure dealing with everyone at Discovery bounce Party Rentals…read more After shopping around for prices and reviews, I contacted Discovery Bounce. Their prices were very reasonable compared to others and there was no haggling. I also checkout out their website and read some of the reviews posted on their website since there were not too many reviews on Yelp. Doing business with them was easy. After speaking to them online, they sent me an invoice (due on the day of the party). They called me a few days before the party to confirm all the details. On the day of the party they called again to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. We purchased the package with a combo bounce house, generator and attendant for 4 hours. We also added a snow cone machine and cotton candy machine. All of the rentals were extremely clean and in great condition. The best part was the attendant. Nelson was awesome! He was very diligent in setting everything up to our liking and during the party he was extremely helpful and pleasant. When the party was over, he let us know they were about to put away the equipment and made sure everyone got a last cotton candy/ snow cone fix. Discovery Bounce has our business and we plan to use them for all our future party rental needs!

I've read positive reviews, which made me chose this company in the first place and that it's family owned. Now here is why I am giving you a poor rating. First off when you call the 954-399-2268 it's a google number which have you say your name before the call gets transferred to person. 2. I sent an email from their website if I recall it said it will take 24 hours for someone to get back to me. and 3. I called and left a message another day on the same number above. Well lets see how it played out. Here are the results: 1. google number: if I say my name on the recording you don't know WHO I am and you probably wont answer the call. 2. That email I sent to inquire about service, I NEVER got a response. and 3. I NEVER got a call back. So HOW do you do business again?
