Well, I broke my wrist and was unable to do so. A day and half before the party I found Dream Ark via an internet search. I sent an email inquiry and was immediately contacted by Roza. Miraculously she said she could do the job even with short notice. We discussed design ideas and colors. I then sent her photos of the party room. The day of the party Roza and her partner arrived 4 hours before party time and installed the most stunning balloon decorations and backdrop. After the party they came back and collected everything. They were very professional and helpful Bri was able to provide me with all the information i needed just as well she made me feel comfortable with my decision and she was very understanding . The rain tried to stop our show but we were able to make it happen . We had the beautiful purple and pink bounce house with a mini and Mickey Mouse banner attached for our theme, we also had choose the cotton candy concession which they should use how to get it up and ruining before they left everything was included in the concession such as the supplies just as well as we had well over enough for everyone the kids loved it thank you all for help making my baby big day special i appreciate. Stay away at all costs!! I signed with this company for a specific color dance floor. My contract…read morestates what product I would be receiving on my wedding day. This company is unprofessional, will not follow through on contracts, and will not give refunds after not following through on their contractual obligations. If you can choose literally any other company please do, don't let them ruin your wedding day and then try to offer a less than 30% refund of what you paid even though they didn't provide the dance floor you paid for, installed it 2 hours and 20 minutes late, didn't have anywho who could speak English delivering for my planners and family to communicate the issue, wouldn't fix the issue or call in other companies to fix the issue, and had a random employee at the venue sign for the arrival (not me, my family, or coordinator as stated by contract), didn't text or call me before "heading to the venue" as they also stated they would before signing a contract with them, and yet still will make you pay for 50% of the floor and 100% of the delivery on a floor you didn't sign for in the contract or in person. Stay away!! For your own best interest, I can't image having a worst experience for a dance floor vendor. I now have to get my lawyer involved to get the refund that is obviously required by the state of Florida. Right after they ruined a huge part of my wedding and will be in every picture forever.
