I requested a quote via Yelp, and they answered all of my questions with super quick turnaround. I ended up paying via Venmo. Cheaper delivery than other places and the tables were plastic, so didn't weigh a ton like the wooden tables. We had to set the tables up after they were dropped off, so the team that was setting up was very grateful to have less heavy tables. They picked up the tables the next day. They were amazing, but for this year we decided to go with a cheaper and more local option. The new company we contracted cancelled the bounce houses the day before our field trip at 5pm! I was frantically looking for a new option and thought I would try my hand with South Florida Bounce even though I was thinking it was impossible to get a company to come out with such short notice. I was in tears on the phone when Jack did everything in his power to go above and beyond to make sure my fist graders had an amazing event! 2 Bounce houses and rock climbing for only $100 more than the local company. They more than earned it. Even at the event, the attendants were helping the kids climb and were so friendly with the kids and parents! They didn't just sit there like I've seen with other companies! Upon leaving the picnic, one of my kids said "This was the best Field Trip Ever!" and it truly was, thanks to South Florida Bounce! We will never go with any other company as South Florida Bounce proved that you get what you pay for. They may be a little pricier, but the experience and customer service is more than worth it.

Horrible Experience - Staff Member Actively Intimidating Children…read more We had a terrible experience with this bounce house company at the Tamarack event. An older lady managing the maze was aggressively chasing and screaming at children, scaring them to the point that they were running away in fear. She yelled at kids to leave and go to their parents, creating a hostile and unsafe environment. When my three-year-old was about to exit, she tried to intimidate him as well--completely unaware that I was watching. When I confronted her, she was rude, insulting, and unwilling to have a reasonable discussion. My wife tried to address the issue, and the woman started screaming at her before running to the police. The officers listened to both sides and walked away, clearly seeing she was in the wrong. After that, she sat quietly for the rest of the event, proving she could control herself when under scrutiny. This woman is unstable and should not be anywhere near children. If you value a peaceful experience, avoid this company or demand that the older lady with glasses and pink eyeshadow never work around kids again.
