Fun Bounce House Company in Coral Springs…read more We had a great experience with this company! Communication was excellent from the time we booked until delivery. They arrived exactly when they said they would, making setup completely stress-free. The bounce house was very clean, well-maintained, and looked great. The kids had an amazing time (5 year old birthday party with kids from 4 through 10), and we couldn't have been happier with the service. They showed up on time for pick up and all went smoothly. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for future events!

It was such a pleasure dealing with everyone at Discovery bounce Party Rentals…read more After shopping around for prices and reviews, I contacted Discovery Bounce. Their prices were very reasonable compared to others and there was no haggling. I also checkout out their website and read some of the reviews posted on their website since there were not too many reviews on Yelp. Doing business with them was easy. After speaking to them online, they sent me an invoice (due on the day of the party). They called me a few days before the party to confirm all the details. On the day of the party they called again to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. We purchased the package with a combo bounce house, generator and attendant for 4 hours. We also added a snow cone machine and cotton candy machine. All of the rentals were extremely clean and in great condition. The best part was the attendant. Nelson was awesome! He was very diligent in setting everything up to our liking and during the party he was extremely helpful and pleasant. When the party was over, he let us know they were about to put away the equipment and made sure everyone got a last cotton candy/ snow cone fix. Discovery Bounce has our business and we plan to use them for all our future party rental needs!

I've read positive reviews, which made me chose this company in the first place and that it's family owned. Now here is why I am giving you a poor rating. First off when you call the 954-399-2268 it's a google number which have you say your name before the call gets transferred to person. 2. I sent an email from their website if I recall it said it will take 24 hours for someone to get back to me. and 3. I called and left a message another day on the same number above. Well lets see how it played out. Here are the results: 1. google number: if I say my name on the recording you don't know WHO I am and you probably wont answer the call. 2. That email I sent to inquire about service, I NEVER got a response. and 3. I NEVER got a call back. So HOW do you do business again?

We needed a bounce house for a kid's party and the prices on the Broward Inflatables website seemed…read moretoo good to be true. They were charging $100 for 6 hours with the bounce house. That's it, no delivery charge or anything. Since this was less than half of the price of all of the other places I had been checking out I figured I'd give them a try. I reserved the time online and paid for the deposit on my CC for 6 hours with a castle bounce house. Still in disbelief I called them the next day and they confirmed my order. The day of the party I receive a call from them. Although my party did not start until 1, they were in the area and asked if they could drop off the bounce house early? Not just prompt, but early? Wow! So, we ended up having the bounce house from 10 AM through 8PM. It was great since my kids had fun bouncing in the morning before the rest of the party came. After the party I received a call saying they were on their way to pick up the bounce house. These guys were so fast and efficient that one second the castle was there and the next it was gone. The party joked that these dudes must be ninjas as no one saw them take it down. I wish I would have seen them to give them a tip. Overall it was a great experience. These guys are professional, fast, and courteous. The bounce house is very clean as they wash them after each use. If you are looking for a bounce house at a great price, I would highly recommend Broward Inflatables.

The roller coaster is a great idea, but it's really just sitting in a booth with a VR headset. I feel like it should move or shake or something so you really get the feel of being on a roller coaster. There is a screen next to it so people waiting can see what the rider is seeing, and there are multiple tracks to choose from. They have a lot of others things you can rent as well.

Horrible Experience - Staff Member Actively Intimidating Children…read more We had a terrible experience with this bounce house company at the Tamarack event. An older lady managing the maze was aggressively chasing and screaming at children, scaring them to the point that they were running away in fear. She yelled at kids to leave and go to their parents, creating a hostile and unsafe environment. When my three-year-old was about to exit, she tried to intimidate him as well--completely unaware that I was watching. When I confronted her, she was rude, insulting, and unwilling to have a reasonable discussion. My wife tried to address the issue, and the woman started screaming at her before running to the police. The officers listened to both sides and walked away, clearly seeing she was in the wrong. After that, she sat quietly for the rest of the event, proving she could control herself when under scrutiny. This woman is unstable and should not be anywhere near children. If you value a peaceful experience, avoid this company or demand that the older lady with glasses and pink eyeshadow never work around kids again.
