Their prices were very reasonable compared to others and there was no haggling. I also checkout out their website and read some of the reviews posted on their website since there were not too many reviews on Yelp. Doing business with them was easy. After speaking to them online, they sent me an invoice (due on the day of the party). They called me a few days before the party to confirm all the details. On the day of the party they called again to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. We purchased the package with a combo bounce house, generator and attendant for 4 hours. We also added a snow cone machine and cotton candy machine. All of the rentals were extremely clean and in great condition. The best part was the attendant. Nelson was awesome! He was very diligent in setting everything up to our liking and during the party he was extremely helpful and pleasant. When the party was over, he let us know they were about to put away the equipment and made sure everyone got a last cotton candy/ snow cone fix. Discovery Bounce has our business and we plan to use them for all our future party rental needs!

After the party I received a call saying they were on their way to pick up the bounce house. These guys were so fast and efficient that one second the castle was there and the next it was gone. They were amazing, but for this year we decided to go with a cheaper and more local option. The new company we contracted cancelled the bounce houses the day before our field trip at 5pm! I was frantically looking for a new option and thought I would try my hand with South Florida Bounce even though I was thinking it was impossible to get a company to come out with such short notice. I was in tears on the phone when Jack did everything in his power to go above and beyond to make sure my fist graders had an amazing event! 2 Bounce houses and rock climbing for only $100 more than the local company. They more than earned it. Even at the event, the attendants were helping the kids climb and were so friendly with the kids and parents! They didn't just sit there like I've seen with other companies! Upon leaving the picnic, one of my kids said "This was the best Field Trip Ever!" and it truly was, thanks to South Florida Bounce! An older lady managing the maze was aggressively chasing and screaming at children, scaring them to the point that they were running away in fear. She yelled at kids to leave and go to their parents, creating a hostile and unsafe environment. When my three-year-old was about to exit, she tried to intimidate him as well--completely unaware that I was watching. When I confronted her, she was rude, insulting, and unwilling to have a reasonable discussion. My wife tried to address the issue, and the woman started screaming at her before running to the police. The officers listened to both sides and walked away, clearly seeing she was in the wrong. After that, she sat quietly for the rest of the event, proving she could control herself when under scrutiny. This woman is unstable and should not be anywhere near children. If you value a peaceful experience, avoid this company or demand that the older lady with glasses and pink eyeshadow never work around kids again.
