They arrived exactly when they said they would, making setup completely stress-free. The bounce house was very clean, well-maintained, and looked great. The kids had an amazing time (5 year old birthday party with kids from 4 through 10), and we couldn't have been happier with the service. They showed up on time for pick up and all went smoothly. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for future events!

I ordered a jumper, chairs and tables for my son's birthday party. I paid a $100 deposit as a requirement for the order. The date of the event there were supposed to deliver at 11:00 am and they didn't show up so I call them and they were asking for a $200 security deposit with agree to paid when they make the deliver but they didn't want, they asked me to send the payment by PayPal but I didn't want to take the risk to losses $200 more. So I told then that when they make the deliver I will paid the security deposit but they were so rude and were urgent me to make the deposit which I didn't do. So I canceled my order and required the refund of my deposit and they said I will receive it in 3 day and it's been a week and I haven't received. I tried to repost them trough paypal but the records of my paypal doesn't appear anymore and they blocked me from Facebook. Don't waste your money don't stress out with this scammer

The guy Freddie that i spoke with over "seemed" like he cared. I would like to see if he follows up…read moreas his driver Nate called earlier than planned and said he could come early as he had to go to Miami. I explained we only the pavillion at a certain time of 130 but would be there at 115. He didn't come until 2 and when he told me the price i said no, im not paying full price to which he rudely responded "well, i told you where i was coming from." So i answered back, "well, that's not my problem!" I told his boss that but i don't think they cared, and it took half an hour to set up so we lost an hour time and they only took off $15 which is ridiculous as the party was done at 5. To make it worse i told the guy Nate we had to be out by 530, yet he didnt come until 6 so we had to wait there for him. No apology, no explanation, no anything. He did arrive with a blunt in his ear which was very unprofssional. No tip was given which im sure he was pissed about but after his lateness and the way i was talked to i dont care. I wont be using you guys again and letting the parks know as well. While the bounce house was fun, the rock wall and second ladder were broken in many places and wasnt functional, so that defeated the purpose of the racing, but it still served its purposed but definitely not worth over $300. I think there was a lack of professionalism, i get that sometimes you also bring families when you work, and while i didnt mind as i even offered the kids cupcakes and the grandma water, i even asked the attendant if he needed help the attitude wasn't necessary

We recently rented a VR roller coaster for an event. I wasn't involved with the booking process,…read morebut the employee on-site was very communicative, nice, and professional, and made the process clear and easy. The roller coaster is a great idea, but it's really just sitting in a booth with a VR headset. I feel like it should move or shake or something so you really get the feel of being on a roller coaster. There is a screen next to it so people waiting can see what the rider is seeing, and there are multiple tracks to choose from. They have a lot of others things you can rent as well.

Horrible Experience - Staff Member Actively Intimidating Children…read more We had a terrible experience with this bounce house company at the Tamarack event. An older lady managing the maze was aggressively chasing and screaming at children, scaring them to the point that they were running away in fear. She yelled at kids to leave and go to their parents, creating a hostile and unsafe environment. When my three-year-old was about to exit, she tried to intimidate him as well--completely unaware that I was watching. When I confronted her, she was rude, insulting, and unwilling to have a reasonable discussion. My wife tried to address the issue, and the woman started screaming at her before running to the police. The officers listened to both sides and walked away, clearly seeing she was in the wrong. After that, she sat quietly for the rest of the event, proving she could control herself when under scrutiny. This woman is unstable and should not be anywhere near children. If you value a peaceful experience, avoid this company or demand that the older lady with glasses and pink eyeshadow never work around kids again.

It was such a pleasure dealing with everyone at Discovery bounce Party Rentals…read more After shopping around for prices and reviews, I contacted Discovery Bounce. Their prices were very reasonable compared to others and there was no haggling. I also checkout out their website and read some of the reviews posted on their website since there were not too many reviews on Yelp. Doing business with them was easy. After speaking to them online, they sent me an invoice (due on the day of the party). They called me a few days before the party to confirm all the details. On the day of the party they called again to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. We purchased the package with a combo bounce house, generator and attendant for 4 hours. We also added a snow cone machine and cotton candy machine. All of the rentals were extremely clean and in great condition. The best part was the attendant. Nelson was awesome! He was very diligent in setting everything up to our liking and during the party he was extremely helpful and pleasant. When the party was over, he let us know they were about to put away the equipment and made sure everyone got a last cotton candy/ snow cone fix. Discovery Bounce has our business and we plan to use them for all our future party rental needs!

I've read positive reviews, which made me chose this company in the first place and that it's family owned. Now here is why I am giving you a poor rating. First off when you call the 954-399-2268 it's a google number which have you say your name before the call gets transferred to person. 2. I sent an email from their website if I recall it said it will take 24 hours for someone to get back to me. and 3. I called and left a message another day on the same number above. Well lets see how it played out. Here are the results: 1. google number: if I say my name on the recording you don't know WHO I am and you probably wont answer the call. 2. That email I sent to inquire about service, I NEVER got a response. and 3. I NEVER got a call back. So HOW do you do business again?
