They arrived exactly when they said they would, making setup completely stress-free. The bounce house was very clean, well-maintained, and looked great. The date of the event there were supposed to deliver at 11:00 am and they didn't show up so I call them and they were asking for a $200 security deposit with agree to paid when they make the deliver but they didn't want, they asked me to send the payment by PayPal but I didn't want to take the risk to losses $200 more. So I told then that when they make the deliver I will paid the security deposit but they were so rude and were urgent me to make the deposit which I didn't do. So I canceled my order and required the refund of my deposit and they said I will receive it in 3 day and it's been a week and I haven't received. I tried to repost them trough paypal but the records of my paypal doesn't appear anymore and they blocked me from Facebook. Don't waste your money don't stress out with this scammer

While the bounce house was fun, the rock wall and second ladder were broken in many places and wasnt functional, so that defeated the purpose of the racing, but it still served its purposed but definitely not worth over $300. Horrible Experience - Staff Member Actively Intimidating Children…read more We had a terrible experience with this bounce house company at the Tamarack event. An older lady managing the maze was aggressively chasing and screaming at children, scaring them to the point that they were running away in fear. She yelled at kids to leave and go to their parents, creating a hostile and unsafe environment. When my three-year-old was about to exit, she tried to intimidate him as well--completely unaware that I was watching. When I confronted her, she was rude, insulting, and unwilling to have a reasonable discussion. My wife tried to address the issue, and the woman started screaming at her before running to the police. The officers listened to both sides and walked away, clearly seeing she was in the wrong. After that, she sat quietly for the rest of the event, proving she could control herself when under scrutiny. This woman is unstable and should not be anywhere near children. If you value a peaceful experience, avoid this company or demand that the older lady with glasses and pink eyeshadow never work around kids again.

Their prices were very reasonable compared to others and there was no haggling. I also checkout out their website and read some of the reviews posted on their website since there were not too many reviews on Yelp. Doing business with them was easy. After speaking to them online, they sent me an invoice (due on the day of the party). They called me a few days before the party to confirm all the details. On the day of the party they called again to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. We purchased the package with a combo bounce house, generator and attendant for 4 hours. We also added a snow cone machine and cotton candy machine. All of the rentals were extremely clean and in great condition. The best part was the attendant. Nelson was awesome! He was very diligent in setting everything up to our liking and during the party he was extremely helpful and pleasant. When the party was over, he let us know they were about to put away the equipment and made sure everyone got a last cotton candy/ snow cone fix. Discovery Bounce has our business and we plan to use them for all our future party rental needs!

I sent an email from their website if I recall it said it will take 24 hours for someone to get back to me. and 3. I called and left a message another day on the same number above. Well lets see how it played out. Here are the results: 1. google number: if I say my name on the recording you don't know WHO I am and you probably wont answer the call. 2. That email I sent to inquire about service, I NEVER got a response. and 3. I NEVER got a call back. So HOW do you do business again?
