The $349, 40 foot obstacle course is what I paid for, the little Bounce House with the slide is what I got in the pictures below. Although the red one looks cool, which is the one I got is not the one I paid for and it was not big enough for our party. Rebecca did nothing to rectify it. She was literally passive aggressive and just continuing to send me the same copy and paste message. I chose to disengage from the conversation at that point because dealing with someone at that level is not how I wanted to spend a Monday morning. Please don't rent from here. They will jip you and send you the wrong items.

The roller coaster is a great idea, but it's really just sitting in a booth with a VR headset. I feel like it should move or shake or something so you really get the feel of being on a roller coaster. There is a screen next to it so people waiting can see what the rider is seeing, and there are multiple tracks to choose from. They have a lot of others things you can rent as well.

It wasn't thunder or monsooning rain, it was light rain. Their response was lacking any sort of accountability and just blaming it on the rain. They need waterproof extension cords. The day rolled around, and there was no one at the location. Upon calling him, the gentleman was apologetic, but had to take the crew out for a delivery. We agreed on a time for my return, and when I returned he was not there. When I called again, he did not pick up the phone. I called Moe's Party Rental, which is not located too far away, and placed an order which they immediately reserved for me and had ready for pickup. Maybe this place works better with deliveries, but if you want my advice - go elsewhere.
