I've used this company before without any issues, which makes this experience even more disappointing. This time, the bounce house they delivered showed up completely deflated. There were only four little kids inside, so it definitely wasn't a weight issue. This was supposed to be the main entertainment for the older siblings at a 1-year-old birthday party, and it ended up being unusable. I sent photos, called the driver, and was told by both he and the owner that someone would come back to fix it -- no one ever showed. I literally had to hold the thing up myself just so the kids could use it for a minute before giving up altogether. The owner said he'd follow up the next day, but never did. We asked for a refund and got ignored. Really unprofessional, especially from a company we trusted in the past. Definitely won't be using them again unless they make this right. read more

Daunte's bounce house has great pricing but unfortunately they lack professionalism. Yesterday was my baby shower. I rented tables chairs and linens. The chairs and linens were dirty and the linens they sent me were wrong color and wrong size for the table. We had rectangle table cloths and they sent us round. The whole thing looked uneven. I ordered white and they sent me two ivory ones I could not use. I had to end up running to the store to buy something that would two of my tables. I was not going to complain about this on Yelp but after last night I decided to come on here and leave a bad review. I'm Never going to rent from this company ever again. Last night they were suppose to pick up table and chairs and after communicating with the owner he said his driver was running late. After waiting there for three hours (guest has been long gone and we were tired and ready to go home) tables and chairs were never picked up. I messaged him multiple times and called multiple times and was ignored. He never communicated with me that he would leave them overnight. The location I had this party at needed to be picked up that evening because it was at a church and I texted him that we have Sunday service the following morning and the neighborhood was not the safest area. I had communicated this more than once when we rented them. I am completely baffled at the lack of gross negligence on this company's behalf. We have an Airbnb right next door to us where people think that if they pay to stay, they can do anything to the house, neighbors and the whole neighborhood! The truck that delivered the bounce house parked with their heavy van in the middle of OUR front yard! Broke our sprinkle system and left two deep trenches! $100 damage without labor work! When talking to them and asking them why would they do that and that we pay high taxes and keeping the house up__ his answer was, the Airbnb guests are paying for Airbnb too so they can do whatever they want! Unfortunately our experience with Dante's Bounce House wasn't what we thought it would be. The owner himself was very accommodating under our circumstance but his employees left a bad taste. Our delivery was supposed to be for 10am and they arrived over an hour late. My home has a pretty big back yard with a lake in the back. I requested for the slide to be placed next to house and the fence no where near the lake. But the people setting it up choose to put it next to the lake mind you there's a hill. They didn't strap down the slide at all that you can see with just the wind it was rocking. We had two kids get on it and it immediately fell over into the lake it was extremely terrifying as they could of drowned or gotten electrocuted due to the motor or the slide getting wet. When the employees got back to pick it up they were literally going back and forth with me making it seem like it was our fault. No type of empathy for the situation and it was truly disturbing. After speaking with the owner he came the next day and picked up the slide he also refunded me my money which I am very pleased with. He was understanding of the situation and was pleasant to deal with. Very unfortunate the experience we had. read more

Let me start by saying that I'm a partner in a small business and understand the struggle of running a business. I also know how important customer service and the client experience is. I am highly disappointed with the service from this company. We hired them for son's birthday at Brian Píccolo park. They started late because they forgot a piece to the bounce house. After it was finally up, we asked the attendant if it can be turned around because the slide was facing the sun and the kids were getting burned coming down. He called the owner to get approval. With the help of my family we turned it around so the slide could be under the shade. After that, it never came up again. I don't know what the issue was, we all attempted to help but to no avail. We called owner and his attitude and rudeness was disappointing. He said we should have never turned it (mind you he gave approval) and said "I have like 50 parties in Miami so I'm not going over there now" I'm reasonable enough where if they guy would have offered a solution or a portion of my money, I would have been ok. Again, I understand small business trying to make it but there was a crappy attitude and zero willingness to provide a solution. Yet he still took our $475 for the bounce house. The worse company I have ever encountered . The Babyshower was from 2-5 I was told they will set up at 12 , they did not arrive until 3:45pm we ordered a Standard bounce house however their was hole (duct taped) whereas it was a safety hazard for the children at this point. We spoke to the drivers and showed them the hole however they explained this was not an issue they were equipped to help me with and to speak with the owner, while speaking to the owner I was promised a refund that has YET to happen now he claims he did not see the hole in the bounce house duct taped ALTHOUGH the drivers whom set it up DID however see it.
