When I…read moreexplained this to Rebecca, she literally just continued to send me the screenshot of the one I got. You are paying for something and getting something else do not rent from here... The $349, 40 foot obstacle course is what I paid for, the little Bounce House with the slide is what I got in the pictures below. Although the red one looks cool, which is the one I got is not the one I paid for and it was not big enough for our party. Rebecca did nothing to rectify it. She was literally passive aggressive and just continuing to send me the same copy and paste message. I chose to disengage from the conversation at that point because dealing with someone at that level is not how I wanted to spend a Monday morning. Please don't rent from here. They will jip you and send you the wrong items.

We recently rented a VR roller coaster for an event. I wasn't involved with the booking process,…read morebut the employee on-site was very communicative, nice, and professional, and made the process clear and easy. The roller coaster is a great idea, but it's really just sitting in a booth with a VR headset. I feel like it should move or shake or something so you really get the feel of being on a roller coaster. There is a screen next to it so people waiting can see what the rider is seeing, and there are multiple tracks to choose from. They have a lot of others things you can rent as well.

Horrible Experience - Staff Member Actively Intimidating Children…read more We had a terrible experience with this bounce house company at the Tamarack event. An older lady managing the maze was aggressively chasing and screaming at children, scaring them to the point that they were running away in fear. She yelled at kids to leave and go to their parents, creating a hostile and unsafe environment. When my three-year-old was about to exit, she tried to intimidate him as well--completely unaware that I was watching. When I confronted her, she was rude, insulting, and unwilling to have a reasonable discussion. My wife tried to address the issue, and the woman started screaming at her before running to the police. The officers listened to both sides and walked away, clearly seeing she was in the wrong. After that, she sat quietly for the rest of the event, proving she could control herself when under scrutiny. This woman is unstable and should not be anywhere near children. If you value a peaceful experience, avoid this company or demand that the older lady with glasses and pink eyeshadow never work around kids again.

Specifically asked them when they delivered if we should be aware of anything and they said no. It was raining that day so we continued to use the bounce house. The cord short circuited due to the rain bc it was not water proof and the cord was beyond hot. Couldn't touch it. It collapsed on the children while playing. It wasn't thunder or monsooning rain, it was light rain. Their response was lacking any sort of accountability and just blaming it on the rain. They need waterproof extension cords. He told me he was out on delivery but to send him a text to confirm. He never confirmed that he received my text so I called him again, and he told me that he had me down for pickup on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The day rolled around, and there was no one at the location. Upon calling him, the gentleman was apologetic, but had to take the crew out for a delivery. We agreed on a time for my return, and when I returned he was not there. When I called again, he did not pick up the phone. I called Moe's Party Rental, which is not located too far away, and placed an order which they immediately reserved for me and had ready for pickup. Maybe this place works better with deliveries, but if you want my advice - go elsewhere.
