If you've ever wondered what pure joy looks like, it's about 506 kids sprinting toward a lineup of colorful bounce houses and inflatable obstacle courses like they just won the lottery--and We Rent Fun delivered exactly that. From start to finish, they absolutely crushed it at our school event. Setup was quick and seamless (honestly impressive given the size of the inflatables), and their team was friendly, professional, and kept everything running smoothly. The bounce houses themselves were clean, vibrant, and felt super safe. And the variety? Next level. There was something for everyone, from the tiny PreK and kindergarteners to the "too cool for this but secretly loving it" older kids. What really stood out was how engaged and helpful the staff were. They didn't just cash a check, drop off equipment and disappear--they stayed attentive and followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. By the end of the event, kids were exhausted, parents were grateful, and teachers were calling it one of the best school events we've had. If you're planning anything involving kids and fun, We Rent Fun is a total game-changer. 10/10 would bounce again. read more

Bunch of thugs. Thieves. Charged my credit card without my authorization, I asked for a refund and they gave me a credit instead. Typical Miami business move, crap. I would never recommend these people! read more

I had a very frustrating experience with this company and would not recommend them. I ordered a 70 ft obstacle course with a water slide for my child's party and was charged $890. The day before the event, they delivered the obstacle course, but it wasn't a water slide as requested. The delivery drivers suggested I could just attach a hose to make it work, but when I called the company to confirm, they told me that would actually damage the unit. Because of that, they had to return and swap out the inflatable. Instead of bringing me the correct obstacle course with a water slide, they replaced it with a much smaller 20 ft water slide -- nothing close to what I had ordered or paid for. My party guests were expecting a large obstacle course and water slide (I had even put this on the invitations), but what we got was a major letdown. Despite clearly not providing what I ordered, the company still charged me the full $890 and the only "solution" they offered was a $100 credit. That doesn't come close to making things right, and it shows how little regard they have for their customers. This experience was incredibly disappointing and unfair. Customers should receive what they order and pay for, especially for important events. Unfortunately, this company failed to deliver both literally and figuratively. read more

It was another day at the office when we needed to rent a snow cone machine for a volunteer event. I opened Yelp to start my search and quickly came across We Rent Fun. Their extensive website, offering all things party-related, truly makes them a one-stop shop with very competitive pricing. The best part? Their exceptional service. From the initial call to inquire, to follow-through and follow-up, their customer service was outstanding. It's the kind of service you don't easily forget. If Rolodex was still a thing, they would always sit at the top. read more

Still receiving spam emails from this company, despite my many requests to remove us from their mailing list. Three years later, they're asking for five star reviews. This is a horrible company to work with and they can cancel your kid's rental an hour prior to event. Do not trust them! read more

Great communication, delivery plus quick setup. Our daughter loved the slide and it was the hit at her party. Definitely recommend!!!

I requested a slide for my daughters birthday. I feel scammed. The delivery truck came to my home today but said they couldn't set up on synthetic grass. I told them I've never had a problem in the past and I'm replacing the grass soon anyway. I sent an email approving the install as is. Their office called and said there would be an additional charge because they need sand bags. I told them I paid a deposit and agreed to a certain price. I wasn't willing to pay additional fees for no reason. Their internal protocol isn't my fault. The lady on the phone was rude. She told me I would have to pay $900, or whatever remained, in cash before they installed. I told her I didn't have so much in cash in my purse and they never told me I would need cash. I had guests for lunch and couldn't go to the bank immediately. The delivery truck left before I hung up the phone. I called the office and the guy flat out told me they wouldn't return my deposit, even though they did nothing for me. When I told him I would dispute the charge, he accused me of threatening him. I can't find the Miami "We Rent Fun" business on Sunbiz. A company in Naples with the same name said it wasn't his company. I will try look up the owner because that is NO WAY to run a business. It was all so bizarre. read more

I rented the Aloha combo bounce house and the jumbo jenga. What an awesome company, beyond accommodating and rentals were in excellent condition. The bounce house was clean and a major hit at my party. They sent me a text about 20 minutes in advance letting me know when they were on their way for both drop off/ pickup. Albert came both times and was so polite and fast. I am so glad I found this company, I am already recommending them to my sister for my nieces birthday. Excellent and Professional service. We are love the quaility of your rentsls and speed of service.

We had a great experience working with this company for a recent birthday party. Communication regarding delivery and pick up were great. I personally thought the price was very fair, we essentially had the bounce house for 48 hours, which allowed the birthday boy a little extra playtime. The delivery team was so accommodating in helping us get the bounce house placed where we wanted it. We added chairs to our rental at the last minute, and the company ensured they were able to accommodate that request as well. read more

Al, Lenny and their son were amazing! It was a great experience from beginning 'til end. We live in LA, but have most of our family on the east coast so we decided to have our baby shower in Florida. I took a chance on We Rent Fun/Omega Events after reading some of the reviews, scanning their website and talking with Al for the first time. We decided to go with their jump house, DJ, giant connect four and photo booth services. It was obvious from the beginning that they were very professional and had experience. They responded on time via email or phone. Asked all the right questions and gathered all the right info. They worked with the vision we had for our outdoor/park baby shower and it turned out amazing. I love how easy it was to get a hold of them, to make payments, obtain receipts, create a playlist, create the border and message for our photo booth pics, calls to make sure we were on schedule, etc. They went the extent of calling the park before the event to confirm my reservation, the electrical needs and so on. Lenny called me the day before the event to make sure whether I had any questions and to confirm set up time. They were on time for set up and tested all equipment before the show started. They make an amazing team. I would highly recommend them. read more

This bounce house company has honestly been the best Bealls house company and party rental company I have ever used here in Miami they left their balance has 48 hours in advance due to the fact that they didn't have a party that day and the moment they left it started raining and I disconnected the motor for them but then I noticed a little tear on the bounce house and I called immediately and let them know the situation he answered me immediately and said that that is a normal tear that the bounce house has and then he also told me that if the Tere became worse and it was an issue for the kids at the party to call him the day of the party and he will come with a brand new bounce house and switch it out I recommend this party company to anyone doing a party at their house they have more than just inflatable's 10 out of 10 will rent from this company again read more

What an amazing experience! My son had the best birthday party this past weekend. What a professional company. I personally saw them clean and disinfect the bounce house before putting it away! Something I have NEVER seen any company do in all the years of renting. They usually just pack and go, but not this company. They cleaned it from top to bottom. We also got a jumbo connect four which was a BIG hit with both kids and adults. And we got a popcorn machine. I will definitely be renting from them again, and we refer everyone I know from doral to homestead. Thank you again Al, I wish you great success! read more
