Rachelle asked we send her a picture of the character and a short video clip to understand his personality. She studied the character, created the costume, and put on a little show. She and the character were amazing. They were exciting, engaging, friendly, and fun. The kids loved it. The parents loved it. And we were more than pleased with her service and the entire performance. She even did facepainting. You know you had a great party when the kids start crying because they dont want to leave. I had a very frustrating experience with this company and would not recommend them. I ordered a 70…read moreft obstacle course with a water slide for my child's party and was charged $890. The day before the event, they delivered the obstacle course, but it wasn't a water slide as requested. The delivery drivers suggested I could just attach a hose to make it work, but when I called the company to confirm, they told me that would actually damage the unit. Because of that, they had to return and swap out the inflatable. Instead of bringing me the correct obstacle course with a water slide, they replaced it with a much smaller 20 ft water slide -- nothing close to what I had ordered or paid for. My party guests were expecting a large obstacle course and water slide (I had even put this on the invitations), but what we got was a major letdown. Despite clearly not providing what I ordered, the company still charged me the full $890 and the only "solution" they offered was a $100 credit. That doesn't come close to making things right, and it shows how little regard they have for their customers. This experience was incredibly disappointing and unfair. Customers should receive what they order and pay for, especially for important events. Unfortunately, this company failed to deliver both literally and figuratively.

This Saturday our son turned 8. We were so far behind on our preparations, (we make our own cakes and decorations) that when Danya arrived, we hadn't even showered. She told us not to worry to go get ready. Not only did she greet guest and set up the appetizers, she created appetizers from our pantry and refrigerator! Our main course was warmed up and displayed amazingly! She had her son with her and it was his first event, he was incredible, professional and resourceful! I was so amazed and grateful I could have cried tears of relief. Everyone comment how wonderful they were and some guest even thought she was family the way she moved around in our kitchen, which by the way was left spotless! She truly deserves all the praises we received and more. We do recommend her to everyone. Thank you again for making us look good!
