What a terrible company. I called to book a princess for my daughter's 3rd birthday party. The…read moreday before the party, which I would have understood if they didn't have anyone available, but the did and I booked a princess dressed-up as Elena, I paid $113 with CC and was supposed to pay $75.00 cash to the princess the day of the party. I scheduled the princess to be at the party from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. The next day (the day of the party) the princess texted me at 10:45AM to confirm the party and address, which I confirmed to her everything and time of arrival, she asked if I had something at home to play music and I said yes. At 3:47PM she asked me if everything was on track and I said yes. at 7:14pm I texted her if she could be at the party at 7:45pm instead of 7:30pm and she just didn't reply back. I heard back from her at 7:55PM saying; "Hello so sorry to respond late but let the company know earlier today that I was stuck at work and wouldn't be able to leave until really late. I just got out of work 15min ago. I won't be able to make until like 9:30 if I do go" I was so sad as my 3 year old was waiting for the princess at the door with her face full of illusion to see her favorite princess come to see her for her birthday. So I asked why when she contacted me through the day she didn't mentioned anything and she said "I let her know and I even told them since yesterday that I was't 100% sure I wold be able to do it and we had a last minute meeting at work. I am so sorry but I can't lose my job" I told her it was my daughter's birthday and I had paid for the princess and I didnt have a heart to tell my daughter that the princess was not coming she responded "we had an emergency meeting at work and I cant advice you earlier if it come up after. I had advised the company yesterday as well. - I am sorry but my job comes first, I can go but the earliest I can be there is 9:30PM - I had only known about this event for about 24 hours now and they know I was not 100% on time because of my job commitments.
