I made an appointment via the link on Yelp and was in the following day. I've never spent an hour with an the person who does my eyebrows however with Rita, I did. She took her time to map out my eyebrows and how they're meant to grow. She explained the growth process, asked what I was aiming for, educated me on how to properly take care of my eyebrows and went to work. She mapped, shaped and filled them in. Her appointment scheduling MUST be done online and a credit card is needed to secure your appointment. She dedicates her time to YOU while you're there. You're not going to cross paths with other customers making her extremely detailed. Rita is located inside of the beauty mall (which is really cool) at the colonial palms shopping plaza (across from the falls, next to Carters). I've been going to Melissa for almost a year now and every single time she takes her time to outline the areas around the eyebrows. Melissa takes the time to get to know her customers and actually cares about them, and I always leave the salon feeling like a brand new person. (The picture is me trying to contain my smile walking out of the salon). I receive so many compliments. I also really appreciated that during my first visit, Melissa checked in about the products I use on my face (such as retinol) as she uses Wax to shape and clean my brows. The salon is impeccably clean, there is so much parking in the shopping center, and my favorite part (among hundreds) is how incredibly punctual the salon is run. I have never arrived and had to wait past my appointment and they send many many reminders about your scheduled appointment time. Seriously, this is my happy place. 100/10 recommend visiting Lashhouzz and the incredible team.
