Wednesday afternoon we started calling asking what happened. Voicemail full. Drove by the business. Business closed. I kept calling all day Wednesday and Thanksgiving morning. Sent multiple text messages. No response. In fact, they called me back one time and quickly hung up after 1 ring. They nearly screwed us on Thanksgiving but fortunately after a Hail Mary post on Craiglist I got a response from the awesome people at AJ's Party Rental in Hialeah. They sent us chairs and tables within an hour of having a conversation with them ON THANKSGIVING DAY. I will never use this company. Then the assistant who was the person that came to build my arch sends me another sample of an arch she did and I loved even more that idea and when she tells me how much the price will be for that arch, I tell her well thats what I paid already actually so I tell her to do that instead but then she says its actually more than what I paid so increases the price more. I declined and just went back with the first option at this point. On the day, the lady should have arrived even earlier to finish before the party time not at the party time, if you know it takes longer to build and do a good job then pick an earlier time. I feel like not enough balloons were added to cover the pole and the bottom end that holds the arch nothing was added to cover them and they were scratched up, old and exposed, I didn't like that. At the end of the day, the lady couldn't make it back to the park and asked me to disassemble the arch with the tubes and the vases and pick it up take it to my house. The following day after I contacted her in the afternoon and asked her are you coming today to pick up everything, she finally did. Overall everything just felt like a mess, a bad experience, unorganized, bad time management, should've put more work on her arch to make it look nicer.

But I had a question about the tables and the women said she can't answer any of my questions only through the phone because of COVID and slammed the door in my face.
