If I can give 0 stars I would. This was by far the worse experience I have ever had with a rental company. Not only was the quality of the product "terrible", cause there's no other word I can possibly use to describe it, but the service and responses were not what I expected. My baby shower is this Saturday, weekend after Thanksgiving. If anyone knows how crazy of time this is to find rentals, then you know what a struggle it was to look for an alternative. After renting the chairs and farmhouse table a month in advance, what was delivered was horrible!! The chairs were broken, worn, and most of all, missing pieces! When I called, I was told the chairs were supposed to be "vintage" looking. I'm not sure what this companies definition to vintage is but it seems they are using the word incorrectly. After calling over 30 other companies, I was finally able to find a replacement for the chairs. I called this company to pick up the chairs but that I would still be needing the tables for the event. Unfortunately, they don't read well and picked up everything. I've emailed and called and no answer. I've had to now also look for tables just 3 days before my shower. It's ridiculous! Be wise in doing business with this company. read more

Used them twice for big parties and had a GREAT experience. Until they damaged my back porch tiles with a heavy dolly. We gave them EVERY chance to fix it, called, emailed, etc. They promised reimbursement, never sent it and then started the whole process over - including denying that they caused the damage - when we reached out again. We spent around $1500 with them AND were a repeat customer and they won't reimburse us the $150 we had to pay to repair the damage. Ridiculous and no way to do business. So if you want a company that isn't capable of coming through when something goes wrong, this is the one. Really a shame. read more

Had a great experience with this company. Rented the Wet/Dry Water Slide. The delivery guys came on time & even called prior to arrival. They were very nice. The owner was very pleasant to speak with and their prices are the best in town. Would definitely use them again next month for my upcoming Birthday party. read more

This company not only charged the deposit in advance but the whole amount! Now, having to cancel due to the upcoming storm, one week in advance, they are not refunding any of the money! This place is unethical, and not a business to recoemmend! read more

I am a wedding planner and have been using a party for less for about 4 years now the are always extremely helpful and professional never in 4 year have a had any problems the owner are wonderful people and the staff is great. I got 4 tables and 30something wooden chairs. Ordering was easy, customer service over the phone ok - not overly friendly but helpful and nice. They were delivering everything on Friday picking up on Monday for a Saturday party. They didn't call ahead of time when will they arrive at my place - I had to call and ask each time and each time they were late less than an hour. That's my only complaint. I'm very disappointed with my experience with A Party 4 Less. The reservation part was excellent, no complaints. However on the day of the party at 1120 when I realized that it was getting late I tried calling the office whose office hours state are until 12pm only to get a message that the office was closed. No one bothered to call that they were coming late or anything, just showed up two hours late. Delivery was supposed to take place at 11am and didn't happen till after 1pm when you guys were aware that my party was at 12pm. My guests were inconvenienced by both not having a place to sit as the chairs hadn't arrived and then having to move all around as everything was delivered after the party started. Then one of the delivery guys was very sketchy, looking all around my house and even insinuating that he should get some goodies after setting up the bounce house. Completely unprofessional. As if that's not enough, we waited all day on Sunday for the pick up. Stayed home all day so as to not miss them coming and be charged whatever fee your contract states. Never showed up. Wasted a day that I could have spent out with my family. Of course no call from anyone stating they weren't going to pick up as scheduled or anything and of course the only contact number I have is for the office that is closed. Today, Monday, another wasted day that I could have spent out with my kids as there was no school but nope had to stay home because only God knew when the pick up would happen. Finally got here at 3pm unannounced and just started picking up chairs I had outside without even letting me know who they were. I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received and will never be using your services again and will ensure everyone in my neighborhood and friends know not to use your company either and save themselves a lot of time and stress. read more

Once again A party 4 less was great. They helped me with my son's graduation and my sister in law pool party, they had great furniture for outdoors so the lounge area looked like a South Beach club. So very disappointed in this company. I placed a very simple order for my daughter's 1st Birthday Party. 3 round tables, 3 white linens and 15 white folding chairs. I waited all day on delivery day, never leaving the house. Come 11:00pm my husband and I go to bed. The next morning (day of the party) still no delivery. I call and call and call and no answer. Just an answering machine. Finally at 11:00am, someone answers the phone and tells me that they called me the night before and I said it was too late to deliver. That NEVER happened. I came to find out later that they called ANOTHER woman and she said it was too late, not me. So I am ASSURED that the delivery is on its way. They finally did deliver...30 minutes before the start of my daughter's party. I had all of twenty minutes to get the tables set up. I was absolutely furious! I will NEVER use this company again. The stress they caused me was absolutely ridiculous because this should have been an incredibly simple delivery, not the disaster that it actually was. read more

After being a regular customer for years, I can say that they have changed for the worst. Horrible company, owner does not care about client. She is very disrespectful, does not apologize when they are late and failed to explained that bounce houses do not come with extension cord, if you do not have one too bad "that's what you paid for" was what she answered on the day of the party, not caring that bounce house cannot work without electricty and party waas going to be ruined. Did not attempt to help, said that it was Saturday and she will not go to warehouse/office to open it for the driver to get one. I do not recommend this company at all! read more

This business is unfortunately very disorganized. My initial order placement was very simple. The woman I some with was very nice and sent me an invoice with payment instructions. I asked to be the last delivery on the day before the party. The office gave the invoice to the driver with misleading instructions and the delivery truck arrived to the location of the party at 10 in the morning instead of having it be the last delivery. Luckily the driver was extremely helpful and nice and was able to reschedule the deliver to accommodate to my work schedule. On my receipt it was listed my order would be picked but the next day so I waited all day and no one came. I called the office but since they are closed I had no one to contact. I called the office Monday to see what had happened and the woman told me the recipe said that the order could be picked up the Sunday or Monday after my party which is not what my receipt copy says. She then told me the items could be picked up that same day so I made my way to the location once again and called the office when I got there. The office had record of the pick up being on another day. She was able to have to truck come that same day and told me they would be there in an hour or so. I waited almost 4 hours from the time of the call for the pick up. Although the prices are fair and the delivery drivers I spoke with were very nice I will not be using or recommending this company due to the lack of organization. read more

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...I hired A Party 4 Less and paid them TWO MONTHS before my daughter's party. I called them the day before and they confirmed my order was ready. My daughter's party was scheduled to begin at 12:00 p.m. and they were supposed to deliver the things I ordered at 10:00 a.m. When it was 10:30 and they hadn't showed up, I called them but their office was closed. I left a message but no one called me back. At 11:30 a.m. I had to start calling the guests and asking them to come later. Needless to say, 12:00 came and they hadn't showed up. As the guest were beginning to arrive, my husband was driving all over town looking for a bounce house, chairs and tables to rent. The finally did show up at 5:30 p.m. when people were starting to leave. When I called their office the next day Genesis simply told me, "we got your message and we will be refunding your money".
