That's it, no delivery charge or anything. Since this was less than half of the price of all of the other places I had been checking out I figured I'd give them a try. I reserved the time online and paid for the deposit on my CC for 6 hours with a castle bounce house. Still in disbelief I called them the next day and they confirmed my order. The day of the party I receive a call from them. Although my party did not start until 1, they were in the area and asked if they could drop off the bounce house early? Not just prompt, but early? Wow! So, we ended up having the bounce house from 10 AM through 8PM. It was great since my kids had fun bouncing in the morning before the rest of the party came. After the party I received a call saying they were on their way to pick up the bounce house. These guys were so fast and efficient that one second the castle was there and the next it was gone. The party joked that these dudes must be ninjas as no one saw them take it down. I wish I would have seen them to give them a tip. Overall it was a great experience. These guys are professional, fast, and courteous. The bounce house is very clean as they wash them after each use. If you are looking for a bounce house at a great price, I would highly recommend Broward Inflatables.

An older lady managing the maze was aggressively chasing and screaming at children, scaring them to the point that they were running away in fear. She yelled at kids to leave and go to their parents, creating a hostile and unsafe environment. When my three-year-old was about to exit, she tried to intimidate him as well--completely unaware that I was watching. When I confronted her, she was rude, insulting, and unwilling to have a reasonable discussion. My wife tried to address the issue, and the woman started screaming at her before running to the police. The officers listened to both sides and walked away, clearly seeing she was in the wrong. After that, she sat quietly for the rest of the event, proving she could control herself when under scrutiny. This woman is unstable and should not be anywhere near children. If you value a peaceful experience, avoid this company or demand that the older lady with glasses and pink eyeshadow never work around kids again.

So I canceled my order and required the refund of my deposit and they said I will receive it in 3 day and it's been a week and I haven't received. Instead of bringing me the correct obstacle course with a water slide, they replaced it with a much smaller 20 ft water slide -- nothing close to what I had ordered or paid for. My party guests were expecting a large obstacle course and water slide (I had even put this on the invitations), but what we got was a major letdown. Despite clearly not providing what I ordered, the company still charged me the full $890 and the only "solution" they offered was a $100 credit. That doesn't come close to making things right, and it shows how little regard they have for their customers. This experience was incredibly disappointing and unfair. Their prices were very reasonable compared to others and there was no haggling. I also checkout out their website and read some of the reviews posted on their website since there were not too many reviews on Yelp. Doing business with them was easy. After speaking to them online, they sent me an invoice (due on the day of the party). They called me a few days before the party to confirm all the details. On the day of the party they called again to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. We purchased the package with a combo bounce house, generator and attendant for 4 hours. We also added a snow cone machine and cotton candy machine. All of the rentals were extremely clean and in great condition. The best part was the attendant. Nelson was awesome! He was very diligent in setting everything up to our liking and during the party he was extremely helpful and pleasant. When the party was over, he let us know they were about to put away the equipment and made sure everyone got a last cotton candy/ snow cone fix. Discovery Bounce has our business and we plan to use them for all our future party rental needs!
