First it was they'll be there in 15 minutes, then over an hour and a half later they arrive with the bounce house but no blower to blow it up, which delayed it even more. HOWEVER, I strongly recommend when renting from this company to check your order upon arrival. I received two tablecloths that were stained. I'm hesitant to use them again because of the unreliability of getting a good quality product.

The front wall and roof of the store screamed Candy Candy Candy by it's vibrantly colorful lollipops, gum drops and taffy decor. This was going to be a quick stop since parking on Wilton Drive is limited and notorious for citations by the aggressive meter maid. Based on my concern, the sole employee advised that a few free parking spaces in the rear are available for a strict maximum of fifteen minutes, which is a kind offering. The inside was much larger than the front view of the building reflects. The giant yellow Haribo bear stood proudly by the front door with bags of sour gummies hanging from it's chest. For chocolate enthusiasts, there was an entire section dedicated to fresh chocolate treats. At a quick glance, it was evident that a large amount of the candies were old school big brands. Aside from candies, there were novelty gifts which include coffee mugs with celebrity, pride rainbow and 80's TV shows like Seinfeld, Peanuts or Laverne and Shirley prints. Hundreds of hanging decorative ornaments fill the ceiling but unsure if those are for sale. Very cool candy store with alot of originality and snug parking.

All my kids loved it, especially my little one age 4. Would def come by again when I'm in the area. Plenty of parking and it's next to a plaza with many food choices. Prices are reasonable for 2 adults and 1 child. Must bring or wear grip socks for kids Playing. Adults can wear regular socks! They sell them at ~$4 a piece if you forget. Also be careful when opening the door. It's really light and swings pretty easily, it fling wide open.

The lady on the phone was very professional and nice and their process of signing the contract was easy. However, there was little follow up or details regarding pick up and drop off. The guy showed up an hour early to set it up and luckily I was down the street and able to meet him. He never mentioned anything to me about anything on the bounce house being broken. After a few hours into the part I noticed the kids running around with white foam pieces. I asked where they got it from. Well it turns out the bottom of the slide was broken and missing pieces so the company thought it was a good idea to put foam pieces on top of each other at the bottom of the slide and put nothing over it. Not only is it unprofessional to provide a product that's broken and not even mention a word about it, but it's also a liability! See the pictures attached. When I called during the party to find out if a piece was missing their response was "we always rent it out that way it was that way when we got it." We did get a refund and the lady was again very nice on the phone but I'm blown away that this is the product that is sold to customer. Finally the party ended at 3. When 3 came around no one showed up to pick up the bounce house so we called the guy back who delivered it. He told us someone would be there at 5 to pick it up not before then. Again I was a bit taken back because the lady on the phone was very nice and professional. But unfortunately I would not recommend.
