We went to check the Venue and put down a deposit of $500. we went to a food tasting in the food made us feel like there was heavy MSG. I sent out an email stating no MSG in the food please a woman named Megan called me after 9 PM stating that they do not put MSG in the food but you can tell there was MSG. After talking with her over the phone she was very disrespectful and out of line. she asked me am I sure I want to get married to my fiancé and maybe I should think about marrying him and getting to know him before I get married, And went on to say that he may be cheating on me with different women. This woman don't even know me she doesn't even know my background to come out of her mouth in say something like this. I tried to let the guy Michael know what was going on and he blew me off, and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. I told him that his staff was very inappropriate and very rude. Then they go on to ask me for money and to start to make payments which we already had an agreement. Then they sent me an email stating that they are canceling my event in that they were going to send me a check for $500 which was the deposit to hold the date. I went where I normally go to cash any check I went to four different check-cashing's and all of them stated that they could not verify the check they tried calling and no one has pick up to verify anything. I had to result in calling the police at the event to get a case card to sue for the money that is owed to me. These people are crooks they are very suspicious.I looked him up on sunbiz as well as Better Business Bureau in this name Germack event venue is not even showing up on none of the business sites. Be aware of this place they are money hungry crooks.

On that first call, Amber made it clear she wanted to help us create a wedding that would bring our ideas and visions to fruition. She helped make our wedding the perfect representation of who we are as a couple. We chose her 60 day management planning collection, but boy, do I wish we met her sooner and had her as our full wedding planner...because she is absolutely amazing. She exceeded any and all expectations that we had. She was plethora of information and an incredible teammate during our wedding planning process. But most of all, we feel like we've gained a new friend, because she is an incredible human being! Going with Oh My Occasions was probably the best decision out of the entire wedding process. Our wedding was in January 2021, which meant the bulk of our planning was during the height of Covid. Amber was always there to answer any questions that we had, and to reassure us that things would be okay. She adeptly coordinated all our vendors and all the small details. Her communication was the best I've ever experienced, and she definitely made the wedding planning process so much more efficient and enjoyable. Between my husband's schedule and my crazy ER nurse night shift schedule, Amber was able to easily adapt to our communication styles. She's very professional, organized, and knowledgable, and provided us with incredible planning tools and essential check lists. On the big day, Amber and her team worked their magic, and helped us have the wedding of our dreams. I was comfortable and reassured knowing that the OMO team was there for us on our wedding day. Amber made sure everything ran smoothly. I 1000% recommend this company for your wedding - we seriously couldn't have done it without Amber and the Oh My Occasions team! Thank you, Amber, for helping us share our love story in the most perfect way possible!!!

Once the party started to end and most of the people left, Howard came and picked up the bounce house, I think he is the owner. He was very very nice. I highly recommend using Goodi-Bag Entertainment for any party you are planning. I will definitely be using them again next year for both of my kids parties.

And let me tell you something they OVER DELIVERED and went above and beyond my expectations. I didn't even receive a single call or text the morning of my big day. When I got to the venue all I had to do was grab my bouquet and walk down the aisle. Everything was done to perfection. It was like a dream. Even the tiniest details such as the flower petals on the floor was done to perfection. I couldn't believe that I didn't have to lift a finger. As a bride to be my biggest fear was all of the "what if" disasters coming to fruition but not a single thing went wrong. RTTO made sure that I enjoyed every single moment of my wedding day and I most definitely did. One of the best decisions I made was hiring them. I will hire them for any event I have going forward big or small. If you are even considering hiring an event planner HIRE RISE TO THE OCCASION. Just do it! They are incredibly reasonably priced and will do anything and everything to make you happy. Let them take the stress off your shoulders and enjoy the fruits of their hard work!

She made sure to understand what we wanted, made wonderful suggestions and really worked with us to make sure everything was just like we imagined. When choosing our pieces, there was a very big variety of flowers, vases, and decorations to choose from so we were able to find exactly what we wanted. We had a very specific color scheme and design in mind which we were able to achieve. Flor even made some wonderful suggestions of elements to add so that the final arrangements were even better than we had planned Throughout our process we went through every part of the wedding with Flor who helped us make some decoration decisions and got us to a place we were very happy with. After working with her, we were confident in Flor's abilities and thanks to her we were able to relax a bit knowing that everything would be done right. We also had a much tighter timeline than ideal, but thanks to Flor's flexibility, hard work and willingness to help us our wedding was a great success! The table decorations and centerpieces were beautiful and Flor went out of her way to make sure that all of the tables were properly decorated and set up - such as the candy table, the sweetheart table (which came out amazing!) and the cake and gift tables. Everything flowed together perfectly and the ballroom looked wonderful. We received many compliments on the arrangements and decorations from all of our guests.

The entire studio feels disorganized, and unfortunately, the owner's people skills are even more scattered. Her manners are almost their own form of comic relief--except no one was laughing. A little kindness, basic organization, and clear signage would go a long way. Pottery is supposed to be a relaxing, creative experience, not one where customers get scolded for not reading signs that don't exist.
