Her pricing was very competitive...we were able to have everything on our wishlist where as with other companies we met with, we had to make sacrifices based on budget and limited timeframe. What really impressed us most about Amaya was how sincere and genuine a person she is. You really get the feeling that she it part of your family. I ordered two boards for a relaxed informal dinner party for close friends. We were celebrating my bfs newly renovated kitchen completion and honoring my beloved friends with my first post pandemic party since starting a new journey in life. I called Alex who assessed my needs and house layout for 20-30 guests, and concluded that two boards would work best based on the dinner and entertainment. Delivery was nominal and she worked with me on the drop off time since i was running around. Alex was sweet, explained everything and was just the best customer service. The boards happened to fit into the fridge perfectly. They were packed and taped up nicely . She even wrote out a list of all the ingredients she used omg. I went where I normally go to cash any check I went to four different check-cashing's and all of them stated that they could not verify the check they tried calling and no one has pick up to verify anything. I had to result in calling the police at the event to get a case card to sue for the money that is owed to me. Additionally, I posted supporting relevant photos, yet they have not displayed with my review. This afternoon, the business owner posted a comment, which is not possible to respond to below his. In the comment, the owner stated what he deems as the net value of the flowers they delivered, absent a good-faith effort to resolve the matter by offering a credit for the difference, or a future arrangement. To do so would be to operate in a manner which is consistent with best practices and doing what is just for their customers.

My expectation was to have the flowers and bear provided at one time, not for them to have to come back out to deliver the bear I paid $29 for. The moment was missed and no offer to refund anything or provide a credit provided. They says it would be 10 minutes for them to go back out, but we are still waiting and it's been over an hour. The manager was nice enough, but should have offered something given the customer and what I paid and what is expected at that cost. I do not feel I was provided service excellence or an exceptional client experience.
