LAUNCH Trampoline Park - Doral - The walls in the trampoline area

LAUNCH Trampoline Park - Doral

(59 reviews)

Didn't know this spot existed so close to home. Has a large parking lot with ample parking. The…read morecost for 2 hours of play was reasonable but if we had gone earlier in the day the unlimited time would have been a much better option. The entry comes with the trampoline park and either the play area or zip line passes. If you haven't been here before you will need to purchase their socks as they only want you to use theirs. The way your socks start is definitely not how they end. The sock had so many fabric balls on them it would make you think they were scrubbed against something. The trampoline area is large and has multiple trampolines where no one has to wait to jump. There are three basketball courts and 4 dodge ball courts. They also have a balance beam/tight rope area and a moon walk space. There a several party areas and the packages are decent. There is a small food court area in the front next to the climbing play area. The frame room has games which require a card and some can be rather pricey. The majority are $1.25-$2.00. The zip line can be a little intimidating but is really cool experience.

Honestly not impressed with this place, and much less by its prices and quality of services…read more Time was reserved for a party but previous party took longer and we were not allowed to use one of the empty party spaces. Instead we had to wait by walking around and trying to find other tables for the guests to sit while the kids played. It was all very rushed. We had minimal time to decorate the space. Another disappointment was the food. I don't expect much from food at places like this and I'm aware it's always going to be very similar as far as options go. But again, for as pricey as it is, at least it should have had good pizza. That was not the case. Nobody in the party was impressed with the food, sadly. All in all, never again hosting a party here. Taking the kids on a regular day to just jump around May be a possibility, but not certain.

This is definitely a cool place to bring your little ones and keep them entertained…read more It's especially useful on those pesky rainy days where you can't go to the park. The set up is good ...especially for parties. They have a room designated for the birthday singing, eating, and cake-cutting activities that is separate from the play area. They also have a small arcade section set up and a bungee jump contraption ... at an extra charge. The price is not bad at all...around $12 and your kid gets to bounce until they are tired. They have a concessions where you can get pizza, drinks, ice cream, coffee, etc. The play area is large... there are around 6 giant bounce houses with slides and obstacles. And a section for toddlers with ball pits. It's definitely fun! And safe and indoors! You must wear socks to be in the area ... no shoes, no bare feet! They do have socks for sale $2 if you forget.

I attended a birthday party here with my 2-year-old, and unfortunately, it was a really…read moredisappointing experience. I'm honestly surprised by all the 5-star reviews because our visit was nothing like what I expected. I don't know if we happened to come on a bad day, but the staff spent more time policing parents than creating a welcoming environment. I understand that rules are important, and I have no problem following them. However, there was a constant feeling of being watched and corrected, even when we weren't doing anything wrong. The moment that crossed the line for me was when a staff member grabbed me by the shoulder to get my attention. There is simply no reason for an employee to put their hands on a guest. It was completely inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable. If you're looking for an indoor play place for your children, I would recommend considering other options. Based on my experience, the customer service here was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude, which took away from what should have been a fun day for the kids.

I discovered this place in Coral Gables about a month after it opened. When I first arrived, I was…read morea little skeptical because the shopping center and parking lot looked dated, but I was pleasantly surprised once we stepped inside! My 19-month-old had the BEST time, and now we go multiple times a week. One of my favorite things is that they're open later than many other indoor play spaces, which makes it easy to visit after my daughter wakes up from her afternoon nap. The space seems clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there's so much for little ones to do! From ball pits and a bounce house to arts and crafts and electric cars that toddlers can control, there's plenty to keep them entertained and burn off some energy. It's especially great on rainy days or during those super-hot, humid Miami afternoons when playing outside just isn't an option. We're so happy we found this place, and it's quickly become one of our go-to spots! Highly recommend for parents of little ones in the Coral Gables area.

The place is really cute with lots of slides, xbox games, a movie simulation ride, and more. They offer a hotdog cart for an extra price. They were Venezuelan style hotdogs and these were tasty. They also offer pizza, tequenos, and sodas. Also included is a balloon arch and the set up looked super nice. The two employees serving the food were not as friendly, but the rest of the employees were very friendly. I highly recommend this place for a kids birthday party.

Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition - With a pineapple and guava pizza

I usually go to the fair once a year to try some of their food suggested by people online. So my…read morerating is based off their food, not the actual rides. The elephant ears are really good. A sweet delight that I think everyone associates with the fair. It is VERY buttery, so that could be a turn off visually to some. I also order the Doritos loco chicken on a stick. Pleasantly surprised with the flavor profile of this. As the name suggests, it's a chicken pierced by a stick. It is fried, and covered with liquid cheese and Doritos crumbs. While unhealthy, it was super delicious. The last item is the one I was most excited for, but unfortunately I would never get again. I heard from some friends that the Birria Ramen was great. Unfortunately, it was overly salty. They use the $1 Marucha ramen cups that you get at Publix, and they put birria mix in it. The taste was overwhelming. I would rate 3/10. Overall, despite me only coming for the food. The FAIR is a fun place to bring the family. It has varies rides, and activities to take advantage of.

That said, it's becoming quite expensive to try different foods, with most plates ranging from $15-$20 each. This year they added something new by bringing animals into the expo area, which was a nice and interesting addition. Aside from that, everything else felt pretty much the same. In the end, I spent about $40 on just three items.
