Caro is so enthusiastic and passionate about children and the service she provides. From my first conversation moving forward, I could tell that she really cared about making my daughter's day special. The actual yoga portion of the party was so fun and engaging for the girls. I love how Caro introduced the yoga poses in a light, fun, and easy to learn manner. The girls were giggling, interacting, happy, connecting...what yoga and mindfulness is all about! We used so many fun props so the girls could learn about breathing (polka dot windmills), body awareness (dancing with colorful scarves), positive and powerful affirmations (beautiful floral cards that each girl read aloud), etc It was constant engagement, attention, movement...and then a special savasana where all the girls placed a pink rose quartz crystal on their bellies to see how the breathe moves up and down! They LOVED it!!! Her sister Danielle organized the gift bags which was in itself another special treat!!! Implementing many of the tools used in the yoga class in the jute bags. So cute!! Sprout left a huge impression on me, the girls, my daughter, and all the moms and dads attending! Truly a special experience through and through!

Balance has gone through some changes (as many gyms do) within our time here, and they go through each change gracefully. Yes, we would all love to see our kids from some amazing viewing spot, but all buildings sadly can't accommodate that, and sometimes it's best for the focus of the growing gymnasts as well. Reid, Liz, Miss Janet, Diana, Nolan, Kevin, Adriana, Gavin, and even those no longer at Balance have all been great motivators and do their best to know each child they see on a regular basis. We've never felt like just a number here- even on the busiest of days. Parking can be frustrating at times, but when isn't it in Miami? The pricing is fair, and the place is always clean.

While I was there, the owner sent me 6 messages asking me for info on the open gym when her employee was there. It was unprofessional. Another time, I tried to book a birthday party. She changed the pricing on me. Then when I spoke with her on the phone, she scoffed and hung up on me, only reaffirming my decision to not book a party here.
