The lack of urgency to keep this facility clean and properly maintained is unacceptable. I've been coming to this YouFit for over five years. When I first joined, it was clean, well maintained, and always busy. Over the past year, the condition of this gym has declined dramatically. Honestly, it's no surprise the gym is nearly empty now compared to what it used to be. On every visit, you'll find overflowing trash cans, clogged toilets, paper towels all over the restroom floors, dirty mirrors, dusty workout areas, and a sauna that smells terrible. Many times there aren't even disinfecting wipes or paper towels available to clean equipment before using it. If the gym isn't being cleaned regularly, the least they could do is make sure members have the supplies to sanitize the equipment themselves. Even tho cleanliness is the bare minimum. This isn't an isolated incident, it's become the norm. I have attached photos because words don't fully capture how unacceptable these conditions have become. As a paying member, I shouldn't have to question whether the equipment and facilities are being properly cleaned. There are far better gyms in the area that actually prioritize cleanliness and member safety. Unfortunately, after five years, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

They specialize in P.I.I.T (partner interval training) where you move from station to station with your partner and push/motivate eachother as much as you can, making the workout more effective and more fun knowing youre not alone. At Legacy Fit you get a complete body workout in a 1 hour session. Theres something about technique that gets your body toned yet curvy in all the right places (ladies). Its always a challenge and you never get tired of the same routine. Legacy is for everyone. Anyone can give it a try. I was extremely overweignt when i started and did not think i could do half the exercises but with time and motivation from the trainers i am now super confident in how i perform.

Some of the equipment and overall space feels a little dated and could use some attention. It has what I need to get a good workout in, but there's definitely room for improvement. For the price, though, it's hard to complain too much. I'm definitely keeping my other gym membership because I still enjoy taking classes there, but Amped works well as an affordable second gym with 24-hour access.

Despite that, my account continued and was eventually sent to debt collection. I paid the collection just to get it resolved, and I am still trying to get my membership canceled. I've called and emailed the Doral location multiple times and cannot get anyone to respond or confirm that my account is closed. Three months after I first started trying to resolve this, all I want is for someone to cancel my membership and confirm that it is closed. If you're considering joining, make sure you fully understand what you are getting yourself into.

After years of searching, I have found the perfect balance to a trainer and workout facility. The staff are professionals that LOVE what they are doing. They practice what they teach. So many years working out and I am still learning, tweaking, and realizing I have been doing sets all wrong. After a double mastectomy and COVID I struggle with weight gain, motivation and frustration. Now I am focusing on getting my strength back. The rest will come. Now, what I said dealt with the coaches and staff, but the members are just as motivating and encouraging. Only serious athletes need to apply. You will be pushed and encouraged. You will struggle and your crown will be fixed. You will reach goals you never thought you could--- at any age or size.

I like that they have late classes, I was there for their last boot camp of the day at 8:30pm. It was a variety of jump rope, weights, box jumps and push ups. The trainer was explaining every move and correcting form when needed. There is a screen at the top where they have all the moves with times and repetitions so you can always glance back at the screen if you need to plus the coach will help if you are lost.
