I do work in Miami on a regular basis and dropped into this box months ago...... I've met the owner…read moreand worked with a number of trainers numerous times and I would highly recommend this box if you're in the area. Let me list the PROS of this box: 1. Highly qualified trainers that will help you learn the movements and help prevent injury. They know how to properly motivate you without killing your spirit... 2. Great location right off the 826 Expressway that's easy to get too... 3. Spacious environment with over 50 barbells to choose from and everything you come to expect in a Quality CrossFit box. 4. They have a bathroom and just a plain changing room to make it easy to prepare for your workout before and after. 5. A rockin sound System!! 6. A number of their athletes love competing in the local competitions so you'll always have a partner for those. CONS 1. It can be sometimes difficult to find parking outside at the 5 PM session of the day. 2. If you're going for 400m or 800m run you need to watch for cars or you might get bumped by someone backing out :-) Other than that this place is pretty awesome with tons of classes to fit your schedule!!

I am writing this review from a perspective of someone who's never experienced a CrossFit before…read more I'm used to a simple gym environment, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Having said that, I only had the pleasure of doing it for a month (Groupon slut here), but it was great! It's not intimidating, as I thought it would be, it's totally worth it - just do it! The classes are hard, but fun and really do kick your ass. You will see results, I promise. The trainers are knowledgeable and attentive, and very importantly - take their time to explain/show how the exercises supposed to be done safely and efficiently. They will do it before each class, not just once or just during your introductory class, so if you don't get things right away, it's ok - it takes time. The thing that I loved the most about CrossFit Boundless, is that it felt like a big (slightly dysfunctional) family. Everybody - including the regulars - were friendly and helpful, and liked to poke fun at each other...Not to mention, the coaches will most likely give you a terrible nickname, but..all this stuff is what makes you want to come back and stay with Crossfit Boundless. Thank you George - for letting us work out the whole week before the introductory class - now that's an understanding owner! Thank you to coaches: Vidal - for all the extra non-class related talk prior classes (dude..it's getting out of hand). Jk. I know you can't help it. "Sally" will forever give me nightmares, thanks for that :D Alfred - for being no BS, and for being that patient coach to that awkward-super-lost-wait-what's-going? girl. Josh - For...being yourself. Miss you already, nerd. Keep frolicking around shirtless - that's a good look for you. Also, you were really good at explaining things in medical/anatomical terms lol. You all rock! Sam I Am.

The classes are small, there are anywhere between 4-7 people per class providing personalized attention. Classes are structured so you challenge yourself as hard as you want to work. The Saturday class is free for those that want to try it out.

Dynamic Fitness gets you results. It's the place for people who are serious about losing weight,…read moretoning up, and building muscle. It is not the place for those who are lazy or are lacking motivation. The owner, Danny, is a really nice guy [and I think he actually cares about whether his clients are reaching their goals or not!]. When you first go in to talk to him, he asks you what your goals are, and gives you a kind of overview of what you need to do to reach them. He also provides you with a nutrition plan and performs an assessment every so often to make sure you know how you're doing and whether what you're doing is working for you. =] And Danny always encourages you to push beyond what you think your limit is. A lot of us, at first, have the idea that maybe we can't lift past a certain weight or that our bodies will give up after 10 standard pushups; Danny won't let you do that to yourself. He'll say Do whatever you can at X and X and then when you really can't anymore you can go lighter/modify. The boot camp offered here is always intense. I never leave a class without being soaked in sweat. Every day is something different; intervals, challenges, timed sets, etc. One of the things I like about the boot camp is that although you're working out with a bunch of other people, you're essentially still doing everything at your own pace and according to your own ability. There are no machines utilized in this boot camp [actually, there are no machines at all in this gym]. Everything is pretty much against your own weight, on the TRX, or by utilizing dumbbells and kettlebells. Cardio is done indoors and outdoors; anything from sprinting with a sandbag, jogging around the block, or doing tons of burpees/jumping jacks/mountain climbers. Every boot camp pretty much covers both cardio and strengthening exercises. And the boot camp schedule is great; there are a bunch of different times you can go - so no excuses! I've also done the personal training at Dynamic Fitness. I think the personal training is great as well, especially if you really want to focus on certain areas. In PT I would request working out a certain muscle group, and Danny would find the exercises that worked for that. Also, in the personal training you get to try different things that maybe you can't do in boot camp because of the class size. Basically, I love this place. I have seen more results since I started working out here back in September 2010, than I ever saw in the two years I worked out with a personal trainer at Bally's before that. This is the place to get stronger, leaner, healthier, faster, and overall better.

They did their best to make sure everyone felt comfortable and they also slowed down movements so that new students could learn. The studio is very clean and well kept, even the HITT room is clean. The pilates machines seem new or extremely well kept. There is a little cubby inside the room where you can put your stuff and feel secure. Socks are a must on the pilates machines and I really appreciate that. Its super relaxing in the pilates room because the lights are low and there are accent lights on the wall. The room is on the cooler side but that's fine because once you start moving you don't even notice. The only thing I will say is that parking is a little hard there at peak times. Other than that I highly recommend checking this studio out!

I was so happy with my 2-week trial I signed up for one of the monthly packages. I highly recommend this gym for anyone wanting to try pilates or their HIIT classes!

Lauren was a sweetheart and made me feel welcome! My only gripe is that realistically, there's no time to do your workout and clean the stations. I have done this workout at their Wynwood studio and also the Little River location so I knew I was in for a challenging but fun workout. The workout format is PIT (Partner interval training) so you rotate around the room with a partner for 20 stations for 2 minutes each. Depending on the exercise you and your partner alternate for reps or time or work together. If you're someone who has anxiety about trying a new gym and having to pair up with someone you don't know - do not worry about this here! The trainer and also everyone in the class are welcoming and friendly so it's a-ok if you are walking in alone. I love the idea of pairing up with someone who's super into the class because it pushes me to lift heavier, try harder and make them proud. I have gone to Nico's 7:10 am class for the last two weeks and then another Saturday class with Andre. They break up the classes into strength, conditioning and performance days to focus on different styles of training, but I have grown to love the set up of this workout. The studio does have some parking spots in front, but there is also plenty of metered parking nearby as well as a garage. Pro-tip - if you go to a class before 9 am, the meters are free. You'll also want to be sure to bring a towel to this workout as the studio does require it. It's def needed because you work up a sweat and don't want to leave your equipment sweaty for your partner or other class participants. The energy and music during the classes with fuel you to an epic calorie burn, that is gaurenteed!
