Unfortunately, Fiesta Depot's owner is extremely unprofessional and not very honest.
I hired a character for my son's party and the owner explained to me how difficult it would be for this character to come alone and that I need to pay an extra $35.00 fee to have an assistant come with the character to help her walk, get dressed, etc...
The day of the party the character came alone and indeed the owner was correct my friends and I needed to help the character walk and even stand at times. On Tuesday morning, I went to Fiesta Depot and I explained to the owner how she was correct and the character did need help and the assistant never showed up. She told me she would return the money immediately. During a course of a month and half, I left her messages and no call back. I finally got her on the phone, and she was extremely rude stating I will not return the money because all that matters is that the character showed up and it didn't matter who helped. I went on to say, but you are the one that told me you needed to charge the extra fee for an assistance and the person never showed up. At this point, she pretty much told me yes, I told you that but it doesn't matter and hung up on me. Needless, to say I didn't call back and will not be doing business with a person of this caliber. read more
