I have contacted 3-4 florists and all our booked for my date. I emailed Petal Productions back 8/31 and was communicating with Lauren back and forth. She states that Brittany was going to call me on 9/13. I never got a call back and I emailed and called. When I called Lauren said "sorry about that, I'll put a message for her to call you". She finally called 9/27 and was so rude. Brief synapses of what occurred on the call. First thing she did was ask if I could afford them... strike 1 but in a professional way "do we fit in your budget" Then she asked the colors, I kept telling her I have not picked any colors because I wanted to sit down with a florist and pick it out based on different flowers/colors. She gave me the run around. Strike 2, all I want is to pick out colors Final straw she asked me what centerpieces I wanted. I told her I have been on Instagram and I really liked Ponce Floral Design centerpieces. She laughed and said and I quote .. "funny and ironic if you like his pieces so much why didn't you book him" STRIKE 3 So basically with me they were not very communicative and imagine that on the day of your event. They obviously didn't want my $10k, so I'll take my business somewhere else.

I hired Patsy 11 months prior to my May 2021 wedding and she was there for me every step of the way. She took this lost little lamb attempting to plan a wedding during a pandemic and guided me all the way to my perfect big day. She was always available for calls, texts and in-person meetings including visiting the florist, the venue for the tasting, the rehearsal at the church, etc. On the big day, Patsy's perfectly crafted timeline was executed flawlessly. She was in touch with all my vendors the week of the wedding and everything went so smoothly. I'll never forget the moment before I walked down the aisle with my Dad and Patsy reminded me to "take a breath, soak in the moment and hold your flowers down." Her assistant Mel was a huge help as well organizing all of our hora loca props, lighting countless candles and making sure everything went off without a hitch. A trust testament to their incredible work ethic and dedication to their craft was evident in all the compliments friends and family gave me regarding how smooth the day/night went and how much fun it all was. I not only got to know an amazing wedding planner but I made a friend for life in Patsy. I would recommend her and the Details Miami team to anyone and everyone.

Make no mistake, planning an Indian wedding is like planning a 3 day music festival. You need someone with experience to handle the logistics, patiently listen to the parents' griefs, help you find reliable vendors, and relentlessly follow up to ensure things run without a hitch once the celebrations start. Throughout the year and half we worked with her, she patiently guided us through a postponed wedding date, coordination between the many vendors we couldn't always meet in person, and a backup plan when weather disrupted our original plans. Always professional, Nathalie somehow steps it up when the event starts, and she is so efficient in helping keep timing throughout the day (no small feat for 150+ Indian relatives) and address any challenge with a level head. Working with her was 100% the right decision, and if you're reading this and still debating, stop. She's your answer.

Her industry experience was very evident to me from the beginning. Her organization and professionalism were outstanding. Nathalie was also able to suggest several talented, reasonable and reliable people in the industry to help make our day perfect. I cannot thank her enough and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I probably only provided Eric about 12 images in total for my vision board and instructions to go wild. Well, Eric took that and ran into an amazing direction. He completely stunned my husband and I with his initial boards, presenting ideas for the ceremony & reception that were a sea of blush & gold. The designs were everything I wanted, but couldn't imagine on my own. The day of the wedding was an absolute breeze with Eric and his 'Angels' by our side. My advice to future brides - just trust in the process and let Eric do his thing. He'll ensure that everything occurs and is set up in the proper manner, and will take care of any fire drills without you even knowing of them. I was definitely one of those brides that had to learn to 'let go' - but had such a stress-free wedding day once I did. So my piece of advice to brides who book Eric...just get the whole package. Trust him. Let him do his thing. And you'll have the wedding of your dreams and the most easy-going wedding day every bride dreams of having.

Thanks to Nora's efforts, my wife and I had the wedding of our dreams. Nora is very creative, and has a ton of experience, which made it extremely easy to work with her. She is not afraid to tell you if she knows something will not work, but she will find a way to make your wedding dream come true. She was so positive and calm during the planning process, and at the wedding, making everything feel so easy and comfortable. All we had to do was relax and have the time of our lives! And the food, decoration and flowers were incredibly amazing! Even better than we'd imagined. The wedding was nearly three months ago, and our friends and family are still raving about how wonderful it was. Thanks, Nora, for giving us a day's worth of wonderful memories that we'll remember the rest of our lives. We can't ever thank you enough.

Nora coordinated my daughter's wedding earlier this month (November 2017). I had seen other…read moreweddings (in pictures and in person) that she coordinated in the past but nothing prepared me for the amazing job she did for my daughter's wedding. The wedding was held in the recreation hall of a local park. She somehow took a rec hall and turned it into a storybook ballroom. It took my breath away. It was an incredible transformation. I didn't recognize it when I walked in the day of the wedding. It did not look like the same place. Nora has a great deal of artistic talent. She explained to me how details are important in a wedding. It is not just one thing that is important in and of itself; it's how everything fits together that creates the "magic". Things like choosing the right colors, textures and lighting and coordinating them to create the look you want to achieve. The florist that she works with, Gerardo also did a sensational job. I love flowers and think really you can't have too many of them at a wedding. Both of them did much more than I ever thought possible in putting this aspect of the wedding together. They were also very creative in using the flowers in multiple ways such as putting bouquets and columns used during the ceremony at the bridal table afterwards. Nora has a great many contacts she is able to draw on for vendors for all of the different services we needed for the wedding. Somehow she is able to interact and oversee all of these vendors to bring things together. I admit I would not have been so patient in dealing with all of this. She didn't give up on getting what we needed. Unlike other coordinators Nora posts the fees for her services on her website. You can choose the level of service that you want. If you want her to do it all, she can. If you just want help the day of the event, that may be possible too. With some vendors she can assist you with discounts which can help pay for her services. Of course weddings are not inexpensive events. The more you want, in my case flowers, the more it will cost you! If you are only looking for a coordinator who will charge the lowest possible price, there are other planners you can contact. But if you are looking for high quality service from a professional you can trust, you will not be disappointed with Nora. You do not have to have an unlimited budget, we surely didn't. She will listen to your requests, make suggestions, give advice and even tell you when something just honestly is not the best or will not work with your budget or with what you want to create for your wedding. In all weddings there are unexpected events, with us some of the things were not having a podium for the pastor at the last minute and rehearsal problems. She dealt with these and other things with grace and patience. I highly recommend her. She is a rare professional someone who keeps her word and puts the needs of her clients upper most.
