The linens were delivered perfectly cleaned & pressed (I have had horrible issues with stained or ripped linen using other event rental companies). Amaris had all the patience in the world answering all my questions and concerns, even at the last minute she was able to resolve some extra requests I had. Her and the girls that came to set up the balloon arches, bunches and wooden cut outs were sooooo sweet, they even gave me positive motivation after it was thundering before the party. Thank God it didn't rain but the girls kept me grounded while they were there. I rented a 20x20 tent, wooden carnival cuts (which are so adorable and for any age range, including a picture prop to take pictures), pop corn machine, cotton candy machine, hot dog stand which were all well kept and so adorable for our theme, tables and chairs. The cake table was the eye piece of it all with the table linen to match the theme and she brought me the name banners for our girls that were centered to hang on the cake table. I also arranged to have a party entertainer Eugenia which dressed up as a ring master and played exciting games with the kids (age range from 4-11 years old) and made balloon animals. I also arranged with her a photographer that came to take pictures during our celebration. Honestly that was the best money spent, we did not have to worry about capturing any special moments which we could have missed while hosting the party. She took care of it all taking shots of the decorations, kids, guests.... everything. She was here for 3 hours, she was so sweet with all the kids and guests and wasn't in a rush even after her time was up, she lets us sing happy birthday and captured those pictures as well. After the party was over when Amaris and her team came to pick up the main items I was already speaking to her about planning the next party for December. She was sooooo awesome to work with. I never had a set party rental place I would use but I have definitely found the one. I would truly recommend her and her company to anyone after our great experience. She was recommended to me by a random person on Facebook and I am thankful they did. Even though planning a party is hectic, Amaris and her team made everything else just work out so smoothly. I do not recommend this gaming truck company based on my experience for my son's birthday party…read more Not only was the service on the day of the event unprofessional and poorly executed, but the company's customer service afterward was dismissive, invalidating, and unhelpful. First, the truck arrived nearly 30 minutes late, and setup took so long that the kids didn't begin playing until almost an hour past the scheduled start time. The attendant was completely inattentive, sitting in his personal vehicle while I had to supervise the kids myself--something I should not have had to do after hiring a professional service. The truck advertises that it can accommodate 24 players at once, but it could not even handle 12 children playing together. Rather than actively managing the kids' experience, the attendant simply said, "you can take turns, switch every 15 minutes" before leaving the trailer and sitting in his truck for over an hour. The kids were left confused and frustrated, and many--including my son--gave up and stopped playing because of the lack of organization. After an hour of this, I had to go up to his truck window to get his attention and ask him to return to help the kids fix their games. When he finally re-entered the trailer, he blasted music so loudly that the kids couldn't hear each other, making the environment even more chaotic. The worst part? When I reached out to the company afterward to share my concerns, they were completely defensive and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility, they insisted that their service was fine because it had worked at other events. They implied that my complaints weren't valid and even included an unprofessional remark in their email, stating "that's not reality" when I described my experience. That level of customer service is completely unacceptable. After multiple exchanges, they offered a mere $100 refund, which does not come close to compensating for the disastrous experience they provided. When I declined their inadequate offer and requested fair compensation, they simply declared the matter closed--another sign that they do not value customer satisfaction. I have worked with other gaming truck companies before, and this was by far the worst experience I've had. Other companies have provided engaged staff, adequate equipment to support far more children gaming all together and a well-organized gaming environment--all things that were completely lacking in this experience. Do not waste your money on this company. If you're looking for a professional, stress-free gaming experience for your child's event, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
