We recently rented a VR roller coaster for an event. I wasn't involved with the booking process,…read morebut the employee on-site was very communicative, nice, and professional, and made the process clear and easy. The roller coaster is a great idea, but it's really just sitting in a booth with a VR headset. I feel like it should move or shake or something so you really get the feel of being on a roller coaster. There is a screen next to it so people waiting can see what the rider is seeing, and there are multiple tracks to choose from. They have a lot of others things you can rent as well.

Horrible Experience - Staff Member Actively Intimidating Children…read more We had a terrible experience with this bounce house company at the Tamarack event. An older lady managing the maze was aggressively chasing and screaming at children, scaring them to the point that they were running away in fear. She yelled at kids to leave and go to their parents, creating a hostile and unsafe environment. When my three-year-old was about to exit, she tried to intimidate him as well--completely unaware that I was watching. When I confronted her, she was rude, insulting, and unwilling to have a reasonable discussion. My wife tried to address the issue, and the woman started screaming at her before running to the police. The officers listened to both sides and walked away, clearly seeing she was in the wrong. After that, she sat quietly for the rest of the event, proving she could control herself when under scrutiny. This woman is unstable and should not be anywhere near children. If you value a peaceful experience, avoid this company or demand that the older lady with glasses and pink eyeshadow never work around kids again.

From start to finish, they absolutely crushed it at our school event. Setup was quick and seamless (honestly impressive given the size of the inflatables), and their team was friendly, professional, and kept everything running smoothly. The bounce houses themselves were clean, vibrant, and felt super safe. And the variety? Next level. There was something for everyone, from the tiny PreK and kindergarteners to the "too cool for this but secretly loving it" older kids. What really stood out was how engaged and helpful the staff were. They didn't just cash a check, drop off equipment and disappear--they stayed attentive and followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. By the end of the event, kids were exhausted, parents were grateful, and teachers were calling it one of the best school events we've had. If you're planning anything involving kids and fun, We Rent Fun is a total game-changer. 10/10 would bounce again.

The lady on the phone was very professional and nice and their process of signing the contract was easy. However, there was little follow up or details regarding pick up and drop off. The guy showed up an hour early to set it up and luckily I was down the street and able to meet him. He never mentioned anything to me about anything on the bounce house being broken. After a few hours into the part I noticed the kids running around with white foam pieces. I asked where they got it from. Well it turns out the bottom of the slide was broken and missing pieces so the company thought it was a good idea to put foam pieces on top of each other at the bottom of the slide and put nothing over it. Not only is it unprofessional to provide a product that's broken and not even mention a word about it, but it's also a liability! See the pictures attached. When I called during the party to find out if a piece was missing their response was "we always rent it out that way it was that way when we got it." We did get a refund and the lady was again very nice on the phone but I'm blown away that this is the product that is sold to customer. Finally the party ended at 3. When 3 came around no one showed up to pick up the bounce house so we called the guy back who delivered it. He told us someone would be there at 5 to pick it up not before then. Again I was a bit taken back because the lady on the phone was very nice and professional. But unfortunately I would not recommend.
