Fins Up came to my condo this morning to remove a large sectional sofa and left me very pleased with their service. They were friendly, got the job done quickly and professionally. A few things really stood out to me: 1. They provided a quote with their response. I contacted a few different junk removal services I found via Yelp to see if they could remove my couch (surprisingly, the only company that never even bothered responding to me is the company that was ranked #1 in the area and had a ton of glowing reviews--and I both called AND e-mailed them). Omar responded to me within hours and provided a shockingly reasonable quote in his response. He also offered to come by the following day. I had already made an appointment with another company, but that company would not provide a quote without coming by first and had already cancelled on me once. I knew I was not going to get a better price than the one I received from Omar, so I decided to cancel with the other company and do business with Fins Up instead. 2. Punctuality. They showed up exactly when they said they would. That NEVER happens in Miami. 3. They did not stray from their quote. I had described the couch as a four-piece sectional, but I don't think they were expecting it to be quite as large as it was. The pieces were too large to fit in my building's elevator and needed to be carried down a flight of stairs, so that made its removal much more difficult. Regardless, when I asked Omar how much I owed him, he responded with the quote he initially gave me. He could have responded, "Well, I know I quoted you this, but...", but he didn't. I really appreciated that. They are a family-owned business and told me they have encountered so many people who have been grossly overcharged by other junk removal companies. That's not Fin's Up's game. I can tell. 4. There was no language barrier. I don't mind if a service provider doesn't speak perfect English. I've lived in Miami for 10 years and still speak zero Spanish, so who am I to judge? But when a service provider shows up at my house speaking ZERO English, it makes everyone's job a lot harder. That was not an issue with Fins Up. 5. Their Yelp profile pic is Ned Stark. Who doesn't love Ned Stark? read more

When we were helping my sister move into a foreclosed home she purchased (very neglected property), we called Fins Up Junk Removal to help with some junk in the house & backyard (that was extremely overwhelming). They were recommended by a good friend and we were so glad we used them! They were very professional, kind, courteous, and friendly! It made the move-in so much easier with peace of mind knowing that the junk was out quickly and disposed of properly. We then used them again when my mom was downsizing from a 4-bedroom home to a 1-bedroom apartment. We needed help with donating a lot of furniture, tools, etc. that we couldn't sell or give to friends/family/neighbors. They came and picked up all the leftover things in the house and distributed to local charities for us. So happy to have been able to bless others with great things that we just didn't have need and space for. They are extremely affordable and worth every penny! Amazing customer service and they genuinely work with you to figure out exactly what you need. They are so much more than just your typical junk removal crew! They are like family! Highly recommend them!!! read more

I wanted to get rid of old junk sitting both inside and outside my home. I found Fins Up Junk Removal on IG, saw their reviews here on Yelp, and the Ned Stark profile pic (obviously trustworthy) so I decided to give them a call/text. I am very pleased with the services provided by Omar. I called for an estimate, obtained a quote, and received same day service on a long weekend. I couldn't ask for more. Very professional, punctual, fast, and efficient. I highly recommend! Thanks again Fins Up! read more

We tore out our kitchen and planned to use one of our bulk pickups through the county, not realizing we had used our two for the year! Fins Up quoted us a great price and were able to come out the very next day. They saved us time and the headache of having to find a truck to haul it all ourselves. They were reliable, affordable, and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend and use them again. read more

I had a tenant move out and leave behind the majority of her junk furniture. I requested information online and had a quote and pickup appointment within 1 hour; price is very reasonable. I had scheduled the appt for a Thursday but request today Monday if they could come this same afternoon and Omar made it happen. He showed up before the scheduled time and removed EVERYTHING I needed him to dispose of in about 1 hour. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and will definitely keep them of speed dial. Thank you Omar and Tony for such a great job!!! read more

We did not use the service because another company showed up momentarily, (which was a bit of a mystery) but the owner was really super fast calling back within minutes. Maybe another time, very responsive. read more
