CLIMP PLEASE AVOID ERRONEOUS AND LACKLUSTER COMMENTS! Buyer beware, CLIMP representatives are NOT transparent. I ALWAYS do my due diligence and ask Climp the important questions during the quote process. They chose to answer only what they wanted to and dodged questions about aspects like the process AND the types of products to be used to clean our carpet and sofa. Again, we specifically asked if the solution is considered safe, non-toxic, green and eco-friendly. Fortunate for us, great intuition is always a blessing and its wise to know when something doesn't pass the "smell test." Climp, thank you for the quote, but I recommend you remove the YELP GUARANTEED badge, or adjust your approach to acquiring new customers.
