Our driver also spoke both Spanish and English. We ended up needing a dolly, no problem, he had it on him! My only suggestion would be that they should increase the default tip to 20%. Our guy worked super hard and I'm happy to reward that! I highly recommend this service and will use again! I complained at the corporate level since this is a franchise of a national company. This is not how I do business. Not for a very large job and not with anyone. Do not recommend these bait and switch people at all. Life is stressful enough with a big job ahead. There are other companies out there.
