I decided to give them a second chance and the same happened, so i decided to pay extra for them to use Tide to wash the clothes. I just picked up the clothes now and it does not smell to anything at all. There is not clean and fresh smell at all. I felt like going back to ask the people who work there to smell the clothes and tell me what do they smell ? But I'm not looking for a confrontation during these difficult days, so I decided to write this honest review hoping the owners will read it. As costumers we only want our clothes to smell nice, and if we pay for Tide, we expect to smell Tide. I think it's only fair!

This business from the beginning called me to verify the time I was going to be home and asked what time is best for me. On the agreed day they were punctual and courteous. I had to take my child to daycare and they agreed to wait till I got back to perform the assessment which I was extremely thankful. Once inside they explained everything as to what they were doing and the reasoning behind it. I wanted a pice of wood cut out but he explained it was better to keep the original treated wood and that they will decon my wood and paint over the entire areas of concern. Overall their professionalism, communication, and friendliness was above what I was expecting. They were very nice and clean. They use legit equipment to even air out the house, vacuum after themselves and wiped the floor after they were done. I highly recommend these folks.

Because all other researched companies were feeling unreasonably high priced for a small standard regarding size and time allowed before penalties for extra days. I'm serious when I say that from the start of our conversation, which was my inquiry into what inventory they have, I was gifted with what was literally the best customer service experience that I have had in modern times!! Not only did he understand my concerns, he went 2 and 3 steps further than what I could have hoped for!! HE offered AND DID these things for me because he wanted to because he really wanted me to have the completion satisfaction feeling of getting this big multi-project in my home done!! First, the price that I paid IS the price he quoted initially and was hundreds cheaper than the next cheapest company that I researched!! On top of that, he got it to me that next morning, but as we were speaking, he found a driver at their shop and dedicated the task to him and told him my address and already the driver was aware of the neighborhood and low line concerns and assured me of his professionalism and that turned out "spot on" True!! AND, on top of all of this, he added 3 days for me at no extra cost!! I was overwhelmed and completely thankful!! It was truly organic feeling and most definitely genuine how his listening and understanding brought us to this rare and very fortunate experience for my life!! Absolutely thrilled. Thank you so much to this family owned cleaner for being here! I came to pick up my dress, but it was ready. They told me it'd be an hour, and it only ended up being 15 minutes. Just FYI - they only speak Spanish unless the husband is there. But they're super friendly.
