In 2020 i got a puppy, she has brought me so much joy & happiness! However my couch suffered the consequences having a rough 2020- along with the rest of the world's population. The couch went thru puppy training and mishaps such as puke, slobber and many other puppy related situations. My white /grey shaggy rug suffered just as much... I contacted Dan, he requested pictures, and quoted me right away. He shared his availability, showed up on time and did a great job. The couch & rug are back to like-new conditions. read more

I paid 200 including tip. I get home back from work I take a good look there was a section in between the cushions that wasn't touched. Accidents happen things are missed I get it. So I let him know and sent him a picture he apologized. I ask to schedule a revision so I could have 100 percent of my service. He asks for me to take a wet paper towel to the couch... If I felt like a wet paper towel was something that the couch needed I wouldn't have hired a service and would have done it myself for free. Like I understand it's not a big deal it's just a section and what was done was done well. But if you're working for 200 dollars the hour/hour and half id think if there's an error it gets fixed. I picked this company for the reviews and the attention to detail and I'm glad other people experienced that. I can't relate. To be fair what he did do he did a great job with I don't want to be unfair to anyone making a living either. Hopefully in the future this won't happen again. read more

Two years ago, I convinced my wonderful husband a white sectional would make our lives complete. I thought surely this wouldn't be a problem since our kids are away at college and aren't home much. Unfortunately, they managed to get it dirty despite their limited time at home, and we realized we needed to get it cleaned. I used Miami Upholstery Cleaners in Sept 2024 and again today for our white sectional. From the first moment I contacted them, I was impressed by their professionalism, communication, and ease of scheduling an appointment. Christian cleaned our sofa the first time, and Daniel did it the second time. Both of them texted me with an estimated time of arrival and were very punctual. They did an outstanding job restoring our sofa back to pristine white and charged a fair price. It is so refreshing to support a family run business and it is beyond evident that Daniel has instilled a great work ethic in his hard working, respectful son, Christian. I cannot recommend them enough! read more

Let's start with communication. Daniel was right on it from the moment of my initial enquiry all the way to the actual day. We eventually settled on texting, as that was quicker. He checked the condo insurance needs, had me take pictures, and eventually sent his son Chris, who continued with great communications. On arrival day, Chris let me know when he was on his way, and then arrived with "the gear". He started with the sectional, carefully cleaning piece by piece, making sure all surfaces were treated the same. One spot he came back to as he wasn't happy, and he went over until he was happy. Then it was to the area carpet, which I thought was ok. Once the sectional had been removed, you could see the dark places that were dirty, and again Chris carefully and professionally worked his magic until the carpet was cleaned. Chris tidied up, told me what happens next, and a quick App payment using Venmo and we were done. Definitely a repeat customer! read more

I'm not a fan of carpets to begin with and I was close to ripping them out all together. Fortunately, I decided to call Dan for a quote based on his positive reviews. The price was reasonable so I agreed. A couple of days later him and his son showed up and did an excellent job making my bedroom carpet new again. I can now happily practice my handstands on the clean carpet and roll around in joy! read more

I cant say enough good things about Daniel. I reached out to him through text, and sent him pictures of my beige micro fiber couch that I was filthy, to see if he could even clean it, because that's how bad it was. He responded right away with an estimate. He got to our scheduled appointment right on time, and he spent such a long time cleaning it, I almost felt bad. But he did such an amazing job, I couldn't be happier. I had called different places and he had the best rate, in fact it was lower by a lot! he is pleasant and professional, I highly recommend him! I will post before and after pictures. read more

Let me start off by saying my couch was really disgusting. I'm talking about it not having been cleaned properly in approximately 10 years, since it was one of those "Purely Decorative couches ". However I send Daniel the pictures he replied immediately with an estimate, and  we were good to go. Honestly the price was unbeatable compared to the competitors around the area. So I immediately gave him a resounding yes to our appointment.   Not only did Daniel do an outstanding job with the two sofas I had requested.  He made the process extremely easy and flexible , and let's not forget how punctual he was to the appointment (Huge Bonus Points especially in the Miami area).       After a couple of hours of him grinding away at my couch and literally fighting the dirt, gunk, and black residue off he left it looking as good as new. It was incredible! I couldn't be happier with the service and I will definitely bookmark this page for any future furniture cleaning endeavors I may encounter. read more

I called Miami Upholstery Cleaners after reading reviews on Yelp. I am so glad I did! I've gotten my furniture and rug cleaned by them twice. Daniel and his son/business partner Chris, are so professional and very friendly. They also do a great, great job! My sectional and rug developed an odor due to my dog peeing on them. I tried to clean it myself but I still smelled the lingering odor. First visit was both Daniel and Chris. After they cleaned it we chatted for a bit about life in Miami and so on. Both my husband and I really liked him and knew right then that we would be calling him if we needed other furniture cleaned. The second visit was just Chris and just like the first time he left my rug and sectional super clean and smelling fresh. They look like new. I would recommend this company to everyone. Daniel and Chris are on time, friendly, and professional. You can reach out by texting and he responds quickly with a quote. Prices are extremely fair. I am already thinking about getting other furniture cleaned only for the feeling on knowing its clean. ;) read more

My review is overdue from last month, but I am so glad we decided to do business with Miami Upholstery Cleaners. For me, one of the most important features for me during the transaction, was receiving the quote via text. I love it when a business owner prices his/her fees on the items and specifications provided for those items, and nothing else. Very fair. On the scheduled day, Daniel and Christian arrived on time and were very pleasant to interact with. Professional, respectful and courteous. We went over the items we discussed via text and they got right to work. When they were done, our couch, dining room chairs and area rug look SO much better thanks to them! There was even a wonderful, clean scent lingering around for a few days. Thank you Miami Upholstery Cleaners! read more

I just called in because I needed my carpets cleaned, I just moved to the area. He yelled at me as soon as I asked if it was Steam Clean Experts (I asked because he just said hello) and said it was the second time I called and to stop calling and then hung up on me. I'm so glad that happened and I ended up not doing business with someone that rude. read more

Huge props to Daniel and his son for coming in and making my couch look like it did the day it got delivered. From start to finish it was a seamless process. Daniel was fantastic! Responded quickly with a great quote and scheduled within two days. He spent a lot of quality time getting the cat pee stains out of the sofa and mattress. Service was fast & easy to schedule through text message. Sent Daniel a text with a photo of my couch and he provided an immediate estimate which was a reasonable price. Daniel was on time & did a great job. We have a woven cloth couch and two very hairy dogs. Daniel spent a considerable amount of time taking off the dog hair before steam cleaning the upholstery. He did an amazing and professional job. The couch was so much dirtier than I ever could have imagined. I would trust him again for services without hesitation. read more

Wow!!!!! This carpet cleaning crew is by far the best! They love what they do and it shows! Daniel, the owner, is as pleasant as he is hard-working. We NEED more small businesses like these where we can receive quality service. Thank you so much for coming out and doing it with such detail.
