There was caked-in makeup, food, and dirt imbedded into the carpet fibers in the one room. The other 2 rooms had normal dirt that the vacuum didn't pick up. After an hour or so, all three rooms look like brand new carpet. The carpets are a darker tan and regained their original luster.
