Hello everyone! Hope all of you are doing well. I wanted to share that we used Keep it Clean 4 Less this week to clean a few area rugs and while we were at it a recliner and a few other smaller rugs we have at the house. I have to say that we are extremely happy with the end result. Yayrel was very easy to work with, as he communicated effectively and really understands what it is to provide excellent customer service as well. Showed up on time and before getting started, inspected all the rugs, validated materials and determined best approach to use to clean each of them. He did some spot checks before doing a full clean to make sure there would be no issues as well with discoloration or other issues. Afterwards, he explained that we should give everything 4 - 8 hours to dry so we would not run the risk of having possible dyes from the furniture finish staining the area rugs. It is always great to see a company that still values providing this level of service and care to their customers. Overall value was excellent as well as we paid just a little under $300.00 to have both area rugs and our recliner professionally cleaned by Yayrel. Now our rugs were not so big so prices may vary but no worries, if you send Yayrel some pictures he can get a quote together for you pretty quickly. Not taking anything away from other companies in the area but we will be calling Keep it Clean 4 Less again next time we have some professional cleaning to do. Excellent service and quick turn around. I messaged the business late Saturday night and they asked me for a picture of the stain I wanted to remove so that they could provide me with a quote. By Monday morning I had a quote and an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival, yayrel asked to see the colored hairspray that caused the stain on my linen headboard so that he could address the specific ingredients. To summarize my review, OUTSTANDING. I needed my carpets, mattress and headboard cleaned after moving things around and a-lot of potty training accidents with my puppy.
