I thought Alejandra, the owner of Alicia's bright clean was very friendly and gave a good price for a deep clean - $250. I've never spent money on a professional cleaning service at my apartment so I figured that was worth it. I was right. On the day of my cleaning two ladies, Alicia and Fatima arrived at my home with all the supplies needed to clean my home. The deep clean was VERY thorough. Fatima spent an entire hour in my bathroom - it has never been cleaner. Included with the deep clean was a cleaning of my oven and fridge. This was no regular cleaning, they took everything out of my fridge, washed every shelf and drawer, cleaned all the products and even threw some things away that I hadn't gotten to yet and cleaned all my tupperware that had once been filled with things! For my bedroom, I had just cleaned my sheets so they didn't need to remake the bed but Fatima redid it all hotel style and it was great. My room - dresser specifically - which is always hard to tidy because it has all my jewelry looks incredible. Onto my living room - they completely cleared my dining room table / bar to move it and clean not only under but around it. They also had my least favorite spot to clean - the closet where my AC unit is - spotless. The ladies arrived at 1 and left at 5 pm. Meaning they cleaned literally every surface of my apartment for four straight hours. They were both super friendly and focused while working.I am so happy I found Alicia's Bright clean. My experience w A1 was very similar to the many reviews I read here on Yelp. Frank was easy to reach via telephone, quickly scheduled the cleaning appointment, and was on time/prepared for the job. I have a small sectional that needed some overall cleaning/refreshing after 6 years of use, and Frank and his associate knew exactly what to do. They were in and out of my apartment in less than one hour, and I would rank the cleaning results for my pieces as "very good." I did not expect my light beige pieces to look showroom new after 6 years of use-- and they do not-- but you can easily and immediately see the difference after the A1 cleaning-- the fabric coloration is completely even, and almost the original light color. All soil marks/scuffs were removed, and the deodorizing scent is pleasant, but not overpowering or too perfume-y. The dry time for my pieces was approx 20 hours, and once dry I could really see how terrific a cleaning had been performed. read more

I reached out to Frank (A1 Flash) because I had recently moved into my new apartment and the movers had dirtied up my off white Italian leather sectional in the process.He responded immediately, had come the same day and did a incredible job of cleaning the sofa. Several days later, I required my Berber carpeting to be cleaned. The carpet was severely stained. Frank was called upon again and he responded diligently. Upon arrival, he had faced much difficulty entering the condo complex. Although already arranged, the staff of the building were uncooperative. This did not discourage Frank he stayed longer than he should have to complete the contract and did an awesome job. I wish I could give this business the thorough review it deserves but the problem is I never actually was able to fully take advantage of its services. This guy was willing to come all the way to Las Olas Beach to clean a bed-frame on the 5 floor of the high-rise I used to live in. However, I'm posting about the consultation I received from this business and was excellent. The guy talked to me for over a half an hour about the stain on the bedframe. I was able to to text him photographs so he could see it beforehand. He was honest and patient with attempts to schedule time to do the work. I would hesitate using him in the future to clean my carpets or floors. read more

I just relocated from California and moved to Coral Gables in Florida. I was referred by a good friend of mine from miami and called Frank for a quote. it was very reasonable price for all that I was asking to be cleaned and I was very happy with the final results :)))) I have 3 kids (one baby and one toddler) so you can imagine the dirt that went along with moving the furniture across country. Simple and easy to work with, Frank was immediately attentive to my request on Yelp, and within 24 hours was on the job completing the requested work within 2 hours. What did I need? After purchasing a new home, and in a rush to have it ready by thanksgiving, I needed the carpet cleaned, vacuumed and bright back to life. The previous owners were smokers so the scent and residue were everywhere. After Franks carpet treatment the old carpet was reinvigorated and the place smelled like fresh lime. Initially, I was a little concerned about being alone with a man I had never met but he was beyond inviting and professional. He even recommended some great Mexican restaurants! Let me first start off by saying that I contacted this company at 3:35 AM when my five-year-old daughter urinated on my mattress. When I woke up in the morning a couple hours later I saw that they had replied instantly. To make things even better Frank was at my property the very same day to do the work they had promised they were going to. My mattress was cleaned perfectly and they did an amazing job. Frank did a phenomenal job! Our microfiber couch had some serious stains on it that I thought were there for good but he got them all out. Frank was professional, courteous, on time, and so patient. We had a sudden family emergency to tend to before our appointment and were stuck in traffic on the way back home, so we were running pretty late. Communication was awesome. Punctual and the cleaning service was fantastic. I had them clean the carpet and seats from an old truck that hasnt been cleaned in 6 years. Imagine that! Not my fault ...anyways, the difference was obvious. The stains and old truck smell was lifted with a lot of elbow grease im sure. Nonetheless, it looks and smells great.. I found this business on Yelp. I price compared to Stanley steemer and they were exactly the same. Stanley steemer was available sooner but I prefer small businesses, so I went with frank. Frank was very nice and friendly. He accommodated my and my husband's schedule. He cleaned our rug and couch and loveseat and chair and they smelled great as soon as I walked in. They look good too. Thomas arrived in 7 minutes, assessed the situation and brought in one of his crew to start work. Before they could start, a roomful of personal items needed to be removed from the space that my aunt and I could not have handled on our own. He and his partner helped get that moved out quickly, but sensitively, before ripping out the carpeting and carpet padding, then setting up fans and humidifier. They worked so hard over several hours. Thomas visited everyday to check progress. We felt better for having them doing the work. Thomas' demeanor and thoughtfulness kept us calm and reassured, which felt as important as the work he and his partner did.
