I originally needed both a sectional cleaned and our upstairs carpet (4bdrm/stairs). Later we had to change it to just the sectional, which frank did without a hassle. The couch came out so clean I did let anyone sit on it for a full day just to admire it! I have a house with 3 boys, 2 dogs and a husband (so count him as a kid or a dog, whichever). I rarely get to see the whole house clean at one time. Thank you for helping me get there! Can't wait to do the carpets. read more

Excellent and fast service! I was able to have two rugs scheduled for the next day. Two large (8x10 and 10x10) for a great price. Frank communicated promptly and did an excellent job on my living room and office rugs. My office rug was much dirtier then I realized. After drying my carpets looked and smelled amazing. Highly recommend this service. Thank you Frank! read more

I am SO glad that I contacted A-1 Flash Cleaning before moving into my new apartment. I was gifted with a large sectional and two futon couches by the prior family living there but they definitely needed some deep cleaning (they had young kids). Frank the owner responded right away and scheduled to come out that weekend and for a very reasonable price. I was on a very tight schedule and he was very accommodating. The next day he kept in excellent communication throughout the whole process. I honestly have to say the couches look like NEW and are completely deep cleaned and disinfected. There is even a nice deodorant he uses which makes the whole apt smell great!! Frank is an exceptionally hard worker, highly professional, and very respectful. I plan on referring my friends to him and will definitely contact him in the future when for any carpeting/upholstery needs. I would highly recommend A-1 Cleaning without reservation!! This was definitely worth the investment!! :) read more

My GF recommended Frank and I'm glad she did. Frank responded very quickly to my request for a quote and we scheduled a date/time for service & he was punctual. My sofa, loveseat and dining room chairs came out great! I loved the fact that my furniture and floors weren't soaking wet after he finished. I've had them cleaned before with other companies and the furniture stays wet for at least a couple of day and the floor is a mess... not with Frank! He even followed up the following day just to make sure everything turned out to my satisfaction since it was a little dark by the time he finished. Highly recommend Frank's service read more

I just moved into a new apartment and after getting a puppy and going through construction. My sofas needed a lot of help. A1 did a great job! Frank was very courteous, professional and on time. He cleaned my sofa and 6 dining chair tables, they came out like new. No water mess left, he's very organized. Will definitely recommend Frank and A1 to family/friends. read more

Frank did a phenomenal job, very attentive and super friendly. Will definitely be doing business again! Thank you!

Although least expensive and on time service. I do not feel as though my couch was "cleaned". There was no wet vacuum like you would expect. And at one point almost a sander tool was used which really deteriorated the fabric. read more

These guys were great. They showed up on time and ready to go. I inquired about cleaning my headboard for another time, however he quoted me a fair price and was able to get it done during his visit. They were able to get a horrific stain out of my couch that I was unable to get out for years. Couldn't be happier with the work provided. Will totally use again read more

Super happy with the work performed. Frank was great on communicating and punctual. He worked great and I am very happy with everything. He cleaned my couch and 6 dining chairs. His prices are the great. You can't beat it. read more

For starters super fair price. They got the job done exactly what I expected. Most importantly amazing communication with quick response. Thank you for your service! read more

I don't recommend if your carpet is real dirty. I had my carpet cleaned lots of times and this was the worst job ever. I recommend you vacuum before he comes. I will attach pics of how it looked after he was done. Also I have to repaint the side boards since they got dirty from how he cleaned. After he was done the smell of the chemicals gave us a headache it was so strong. All the chemicals sprayed stays on the carpet. He used, basically a big mop to move the dirt around. I had to rent a carpet cleaner to remove the chemicals and the dirt he left behind. I went and got it as soon as he was out the door. I do not recommend. read more

Frank was very quick to respond with an estimate. He quoted a lower price then another cleaner I had inquired from. Frank and the gentleman working with him were friendly, personable, and did a great job. They cleaned every bit of my sofa and chair. Back, sides, flipped the cushions to get every bit. My boyfriend was very against me spending money to get the furniture cleaned. After he saw the job they did, even he was happy, and said it was well worth it. The guys did a wonderful job. Will go back to them for my cleaning needs in the future. Thanks Frank. read more

Great service all the way around. I would use Frank again without hesitation. We had 3 large area rugs that needed a good deep clean as our little dog decided to use them as a rest room. Frank responded to my yelp message right away and quoted us a good price for all 3. He arrived on time, kept in touch through text while on his way, and did a good job of cleaning them all up. read more

Thorough, friendly, honest, and professional. I was highly satisfied with Frank's amazing job on my long fibered wool rug (a pain in the neck to maintain). Frank took care of a major stain like it was never there before. Thoroughly clean on the bottom under the long, pain in the neck wool fibers. Definitely coming back for his service and highly recommend! Thank you Frank!!! read more

I highly recommend Frank to clean your carpets! He was responsive, punctual, and polite. His carpet cleaning system makes no mess, leaves no puddles of water as other companies systems do, and the carpets came out spotless! read more

I had the great please of doing business with Frankie and his associate Kyle for carpet and upholstery cleaning. I recommend A1 Flash cleaning without reservation. Frankie promptly returned all calls and my request for quotes. He and Kyle were both extremely courteous, accommodating, and professional. We recently moved into a furnished apartment and I thought for sure we would have to throw away the stained carpets and upholstery pieces; instead they look like new! The upholstery is now clean, disinfected, and bright looking and all the stains and foot traffic dirt and grime is completely gone. We are new to Miami and this company is a gem. I will be recommending them to our building manager! Thank you AI Flash! read more

Highly recommend and will be using them again in the future. Extremely professional and nothing but good things to say.

Frank was excellent. I needed my couch cleaned ASAP and he was able to fit me into his schedule during the weekend. Very friendly guy who knows what he's doing, he left my couch looking like new. A deep cleaning is exactly what he gave my couch, taking his time with every stain he found whether it was on the back of my couch or on the cushion. Out of all of the quotes I got he replied the fastest and was ready to work. Thanks again, Frank! read more

Frank was very quick with the quote. He and his employee were very nice and quick. But most of all did a great job on cleaning my sofa that thanks to my almost 2 year old was a mess. All the food stains went away so we're very happy with the result. Will definitely use their services in the future :) read more

I've used "Spot Shot" in the past on these tough to keep clean white chairs. And it always gets them perfectly clean. But felt it was time for a good thorough cleaning. Called A1, and here are the before/after pics. While the prior spots are gone, there are now horrible orange/rust color stains all along the edges of the cushion and upper part of chair. Piping is stained orange/rust. Spoke to Frank about it, he said it would all be gone the next morning once they dry. They weren't. I sent him these pics and never heard back from him. read more

Great service and nice people. Will surely use the service again next time I need to clean my carpet and sofa.

You can't beat the price or service if you call Frank! I always prefer using small businesses because owners are typically involved in the process. This was no exception. A1 Flash is responsive to inquiries, professional, and did a fine job cleaning the carpet in my house. If you are looking to remove serious stains, do not hesitate to use this company. read more

Setting this up took a while (due to my AC breaking and then Hurricane Irma power loss) but Frank was flexible and did not mind rescheduling more than once, which was very gracious of him. He and his assistant, Theodore, came by yesterday and did a super fast job of the three pieces that I needed cleaned. Both were super nice, not hesitating to put on booties at my request (it was raining outside and I didn't want the rugs to get dirty). Frank also scotch-guarded the couches to prevent stubborn stains. I definitely recommend them and will be calling again when my couches (or rugs) need another good scrub. read more
