My experience w A1 was very similar to the many reviews I read here on Yelp. Frank was easy to reach via telephone, quickly scheduled the cleaning appointment, and was on time/prepared for the job. I have a small sectional that needed some overall cleaning/refreshing after 6 years of use, and Frank and his associate knew exactly what to do. They were in and out of my apartment in less than one hour, and I would rank the cleaning results for my pieces as "very good." I did not expect my light beige pieces to look showroom new after 6 years of use-- and they do not-- but you can easily and immediately see the difference after the A1 cleaning-- the fabric coloration is completely even, and almost the original light color. All soil marks/scuffs were removed, and the deodorizing scent is pleasant, but not overpowering or too perfume-y. The dry time for my pieces was approx 20 hours, and once dry I could really see how terrific a cleaning had been performed. read more

I reached out to Frank (A1 Flash) because I had recently moved into my new apartment and the movers had dirtied up my off white Italian leather sectional in the process. He responded immediately, had come the same day and did a incredible job of cleaning the sofa. Several days later, I required my Berber carpeting to be cleaned. The carpet was severely stained. Frank was called upon again and he responded diligently. Upon arrival, he had faced much difficulty entering the condo complex. Although already arranged, the staff of the building were uncooperative. This did not discourage Frank he stayed longer than he should have to complete the contract and did an awesome job. This buisness reminds me of the Northern mentality where the work ethic is much stronger, reliable, and not the typical vacation mode South Florida type...many thanks read more

I wish I could give this business the thorough review it deserves but the problem is I never actually was able to fully take advantage of its services. This guy was willing to come all the way to Las Olas Beach to clean a bed-frame on the 5 floor of the high-rise I used to live in. However, I'm posting about the consultation I received from this business and was excellent. The guy talked to me for over a half an hour about the stain on the bedframe. I was able to to text him photographs so he could see it beforehand. He was honest and patient with attempts to schedule time to do the work. I would hesitate using him in the future to clean my carpets or floors. read more

I just relocated from California and moved to Coral Gables in Florida. I was referred by a good friend of mine from miami and called Frank for a quote. it was very reasonable price for all that I was asking to be cleaned and I was very happy with the final results :)))) I have 3 kids (one baby and one toddler) so you can imagine the dirt that went along with moving the furniture across country. I had him clean my living room furniture, carpets and my dinning chairs. I definitely recommend his services and I will be calling him every 3 months to keep it up & fresh because lord knows we need it lol. read more

Simple and easy to work with, Frank was immediately attentive to my request on Yelp, and within 24 hours was on the job completing the requested work within 2 hours. What did I need? After purchasing a new home, and in a rush to have it ready by thanksgiving, I needed the carpet cleaned, vacuumed and bright back to life. The previous owners were smokers so the scent and residue were everywhere. After Franks carpet treatment the old carpet was reinvigorated and the place smelled like fresh lime. So well done A1 Cleaners. I appreciate your good work. I'll see you again some time in the future. read more

Absolutely amazing customer service! Frank did a great job of marking me feel comfortable from the time he walked in the door to the time he left. Initially, I was a little concerned about being alone with a man I had never met but he was beyond inviting and professional. He even recommended some great Mexican restaurants! I plan to use him for my furniture in the future. I definitely recommend him. He is a true professional! P.S. I hired him to specifically target problem areas due to my pets. I'm glad I did because my carpets smell amazing! read more

Let me first start off by saying that I contacted this company at 3:35 AM when my five-year-old daughter urinated on my mattress. When I woke up in the morning a couple hours later I saw that they had replied instantly. To make things even better Frank was at my property the very same day to do the work they had promised they were going to. My mattress was cleaned perfectly and they did an amazing job. If you're looking for a fast response, true professionalism, and great work make sure to call Frank. Thank you so much for your good work. read more

Frank did a phenomenal job! Our microfiber couch had some serious stains on it that I thought were there for good but he got them all out. Frank was professional, courteous, on time, and so patient. We had a sudden family emergency to tend to before our appointment and were stuck in traffic on the way back home, so we were running pretty late. And he was completely understanding of the situation. I would absolutely hire his services again and recommend him to my family & friends as well. Thank you so much Frank! read more

Communication was awesome. Punctual and the cleaning service was fantastic. I had them clean the carpet and seats from an old truck that hasnt been cleaned in 6 years. Imagine that! Not my fault ...anyways, the difference was obvious. The stains and old truck smell was lifted with a lot of elbow grease im sure. Nonetheless, it looks and smells great.. The carpet in the house was also cleaned . Looks like new again. I will definitely hire these hard working guys in the near future. Thanks read more

Outstanding and professional. My dirty off-white sofa was transformed and looks great. This was a last minute call and although Frank had a busy and heavy schedule, he was able to fit me in at a moment's notice. Frank and Theo were friendly, personable and professional. I highly recommended A1 Flash and they stand by their name. I am quite pleased and highly recommend this Company to friends and family members! I will keep Frank's number for the future Awesome Job Frank! read more

I found this business on Yelp. I price compared to Stanley steemer and they were exactly the same. Stanley steemer was available sooner but I prefer small businesses, so I went with frank. Frank was very nice and friendly. He accommodated my and my husband's schedule. He cleaned our rug and couch and loveseat and chair and they smelled great as soon as I walked in. They look good too. Good work. I recommend him. read more

This company did a great job! Frank and his associate were very professional, on time, explained everything clearly, and cleaned every inch without any need for me to ask him to pull out the sofa bed or clean the unseen parts. I highly recommend them for home and auto detailing. I will be sure to call them back a few times a year to keep everything in tip-top shape both at my home and rental properties. read more

Received a quick response to my request for carpet cleaning, a reasonable quote with an explanation of the services to be provided, and an appointment convenient for me. Frank called to confirm the appointment, and he and his assistant arrived at the scheduled time. They were professional and thorough. I am extremely satisfied with A1 Flash Cleaning services and would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

Very friendly and personnel since taking to them. Was gone on a trip and told them when I would be back. They worked with my schedule and let me know the day before the time frame they would show up. They let me know well in advance that they were in they. Carpet looked new again and smelled amazing (have cats and dogs). Will be using them in a routine basis. Thanks again. read more

Exellent job! He has a great attitude and did a great job with cleaning my sofa! The prices are competitive and I was extremely satisfied with the result. Responded back to me quickly. Answered my text and questions late at night when my pet had an accident on my new furniture. Charged me a fair price for the work instead of capitalizing on my distress. Arrived on time with good communication regarding the arrival time. Very professional and polite. Did a great job on my furniture and carpet. I highly recommend. read more

Frank and Theo exceeded our expectations! We cleaned an area rug, set of vintage side chairs and a hard to clean 10' custom sofa. They look better today than the day we bought them. Timely, professional and the type of customer satisfaction you will only get through hiring a small business like Frank's A1 Flash Cleaning Co. We wouldn't trust anyone else.. read more
